Better yet, let's focus on the heroine for once. Why would we want to see Ash collect eight more badges just so he can predictably end up in the top eight at the end of the season?

    They're STILL here?!

Agreed. But it doesn't change the fact that they STILL have a fanbase. :bangbang:

I mean, seriously. Now that they've been demoted to comic relief, there's really nothing interesting about them any more. We already know that Jessie wanted to be a Nurse Joy, James was some rich kid that wanted out of a forced marriage, and Meowth sacrificed his ability to use Pay Day for human speech. (They probably have other stuff from their past that's been showing too, but I haven't been keeping track.) Their roster is always changing (Remember Arbok and Weezing?) and they never bother to catch any new Pokemon themselves. They also are in a definition of "beyond bankruptcy" due to their stupid plans to always "Pika-Proof" their equipment, but always leaving some obvious factor that they could've planned for (water, ice, fire, grass, ground, rock, ghost, psychic, etc.) out of the equation, making their defeat even less satisfactory than the one before it.

The only thing that I like about them these days is that their original voices and characters are immortalized by this epic music video:

    Team Rocket Double Trouble

And let's not forget the fact that Pikachu can't even learn that many good moves in the first place without breeding or TMs (or in this case, training). Pikachu used to be a popular cutie. But now, it's just synonymous with Super Smash Bros...

One last thing, remember all of those Pokemon that Ash released back in the first season? (Butterfree, Primeape, etc.) You'd think that after more than ten seasons they'd have filled those plot holes by now. But, as it were... :nono:

    "The Blackest Night" is coming...

Well, with Sinestro's plan of forcing the Guardians to rewrite the Book of Oa in full swing, the rings of color are finally beginning to show themselves. Red and Orange Lanterns have finally appeared. The Guardians have become narrow-sighted to their past endeavors and have created the Alpha Lanterns: Green Lanterns that have been physically modified to become soulless walking power batteries to "police the police."

Oh, and did I mention that they created ten new laws? The first two have been revealed as "Green Lanterns are authorized to use lethal force" and "Alpha Lanterns are authorized to use lethal force against all enemies against of the Green Lantern Corps." Sounds cool, right? Unfortunately, this means that instead of preparing themselves for the prophecy of Blackest Night like they should be, they are in fact, causing the prophecy to pass by trying to prevent it.

The Guardians may be powerful, but they really gotta get it through their midget-sized skulls that repeating past mistakes and abandoning emotion is the WORST possible form of action they could do. Hopefully, Hal Jordan and the others that haven't abandoned emotion and common sense will be prepared for the worst that is yet to come...

Actually, he sent them after Pikachu because it was a meaningless assignment. He knows that their incompetence and Ash's overwhelming luck due to being the main hero of the series means that they'll NEVER capture Pikachu and hold onto it long enough to bring it to him. He also knows that their faulty loyalty to Team Rocket would end up messing up any of the important missions he sends his other goons to do if he decided to give them a real assignment.

In other words, he only sent them after Pikachu to keep them out of the way so he can focus his attentions elsewhere.

As far as they were concerned, King Mickey wasn't exactly that much of a hamper to their overall plans. Mickey watches over Sora and company, true. But because all he is doing is watching over them, he might as well not have been in there at all. Besides, at the midway point of the game, Mickey is searching for Ansem the Wise, which doesn't affect the Organization's plan to use Sora for their own personal use. But Nobodies would attack him if he were spotted, though.

    Maybe...

    Well, you could've always PM'd me...:sideways:

Anyway, I thank you for mentioning me and I'm really sorry to see you go. Your poems and stories showed that you have potential in writing and that if you stick with it, you're talents and abilities will keep improving. I wish we DID get to know each other a bit more ('cause I never turn away from a pretty face ;)). Hope to see you around. I'll keep writing if you will.

It's kinda one of those internal/external dialogue bits. When Kairi and Namine talk to each other, they can control whether the dialogue can be heard by Roxas/Sora/Riku/other Nobodies or if it's only internal "thought-speak" to each other. Other than that, no one else can hear them.

And I seriously doubt you know what Riku's thinking. :p

[IMG] Wow. I can't believe it. I've forgotten how hard it was for kids with autism to communicate. Now if only parents with autistic kids decide to buy them computers with speech programs installed, it'd pretty much open a wide range of possibilities. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if a few of our members were as well. Definitely shows looks can be deceiving...

Well, may your cuteness last as long as possible. :p

    *tickle glomps*[IMG]

Meh, people are going to be doing it anyway. No biggie. ;)

Another thing I hate is the old fogies in line that order before you and the cashier has absolutely NO idea what they're saying due to them mumbling. It holds up the line and it frustrates the crap out of the cashier. And also, when they finally DO finish their order, they FINALLY decide to take out their money and spend at least ten minutes counting out the EXACT freakin' change. I mean, it's already bad enough you wasted my time, but not even having your cash or credit card ready to pay? That's effin' inexcusable. [IMG]

In case you haven't figured it out yet, I used to work as a cashier. :p

As long as you stay active to burn off any calories you might gain, you'll still have a hot-looking body at 16. :sly:

Geez, give me a break. I'm working as fast as I can! :dead:

At the moment, my worst peeve is...

...when members use the initials "DF" instead of "Destiny's Force" so I can't search my name to see if people are talking about me or not. :xp:

If I was a KH geek, I'd probably take out my Action Replay or Codebreaker and give myself Infinite everything. I'd hack Riku and Kairi's Keyblades, steal Data Roxas' via RC modifier and equip both Ultima Weapons from both KH games. Then with six floating Keyblades at my disposal, an Infinite Final Form, Max Growth Abilities and the superhero name of "KH God" I'd save my city single-handedly by also invoking the power of changing objects to party members. The rest of the world can take care of itself. :p

But since I'm not a KH geek, I'd probably run over as many as I could with my car. Once my car couldn't run anymore, I'd probably run home and turn on all the lights. Heartless hate light, right?

    If they were Nobodies, though...

...screw it. I'm moving to Hawaii. :sweatdrop:

The most recent game system I've bought was the Gamecube. I don't own a DS (unless I use emulators) and the only brand I've had for the past decade is Nintendo. The only reason I know so much is because:

    • I own the strategy guides (and the Limited Edition versions) for all the games.
    • I've seen all the cutscenes of KH-Vids so many times, I might as well have played it.
    • Like any fan, I've done research.

And I've only played CoM on an VisualBoyAdvance because I couldn't afford Chain of Memories when it first came out. (And I had a built in cheat device too.) Of course, since I've never played them, I don't know certain things like non-cutscene text (Kairi saying that she doesn't want to be left behind next time), how Gummi ships work or this "graveyard" I keep hearing about in The Castle That Never Was.

    KH:Re:CoM: 0 times.
KH CoM: Twice through both Sora and Riku (second times I used cheat codes to spam Trinity Limit).
