Huh, do girl's/women's bodies really grow anymore at 19? Luckily I have a health check-up with the school nurse on Monday, so I can ask her if there's anything she can do to help... We don't technically get any homework, we just have a truckload of essays and projects that have to be done mainly in groups, which is why I get home later than usual. I already do that, I've got two to three separate alarms, and I leave the radio on so I'd stay awake... But it's not working anymore.
In the last three weeks alone, I've slept in 10 times, and twice I woke up so late, it didn't make any sense to go to school anymore. I've never had this problem before, since before this year, I'd slept in a grand total of three times. And I mean three times in a time span of over twelve years. My sleeping rhythm hasn't changed much, I go to sleep around the same time still (anywhere between 11 pm to 1 am, depending on when my school starts the next day), my diet's almost the same (I don't eat as much meat at home, and almost never red meat, since my sisters turned vegetarian, but I usually get that during my school lunches). My hobbies have changed a little, but it's gone from theater and aerobics to flamenco and choir. The only reason I can think of is that my school days are longer now (about 8 hours), and I usually have to stay after school doing projects, so I don't get home until 5:30-6:00 pm, as opposed to the 2-4 pm in earlier years. Anyone have any suggestions on what I could do?
