I've seen the staff help keep people on track all the time. They're always answering people's questions, editing post's from the more ruder members >.> , and helping to expand and clean up the forums. although there's always a stupid person that comes along and starts 3 post your picture threads when we have one stickied or starts talking about dead rabbits in intelligent discussion. And the mods and stuff spam in the spam section so theres not really a problem there. so if this place really pisses you off so much, i guess you could go to any of the other 1000 kh forums on the internet.

yeah, scanlines is a pretty good effect at first but there are alot of other cooler effects like the foggy mist stuff in your sigs that i might do tuts on.
thx guys, oh and there are other things you can do besides desaturate. you just basically need to take all the color out of the picture.
it reminds me of what mish does in her free time.
