I'm not looking forward to a new Generation, I don't need a batch of new pokemon to experience... I mean, there are a number of Pokemon i'd rather had never happened because of uselessness and others could have just had a slight improvements. I'd enjoy a Ruby/Sapphire remake, no matter the likelihood on the matter.

Would enjoy a Pokemon Conquest 2, it is suprisingly one of the best spin off games from any game series i've played and a fantastic game on its own. Needs inprovements, something a sequel to do and needs a bit mpre variety.

A niche audience can be a larger market. I don't dispute casual gamers make up a great part of the customers of consoles these days, but what I say is that nintendo is, a large majority of the time, marketing to the casual audience, they focus on that niche audience are not meeting the demands of their already established customers over the recent console generations.

Of corse they're the monopoly of the handheld console industry. They've been the majority of the console market for well over a decade; they have a trusted brand their which is key but more importantly they are a monopoly in that market because they have no competition. If you have no competition you are going to be the only one in the lead. Sony never truly conquerd into the market and established themselves too well. Unless the PSV and future iterations of a Sony handheld sell well it'll be cheaper just to not make anymore.
However they are receiving new competition from mobile phone games, with the ease of use and purchase of said games the marke is shifting towards phones being the new mobile console. In the long run I am unsure how Nintendo will compete. Especially since the mobile market is made up of all types of gamers, they can't really compete against that.

I never said they only played shooters. I used a popular franchise that almost every console gamer has played at one point or another, has a massive following and three of its games are the highest selling games in the history of gaming, beating its previous editions in sales each time. I would include Assassin's Creed, Grand Theft Auto, Halo, Mass Effect and Borderlands in that, to name a few. High sales, high advertisement, established franchises, recognisable to most all gamers and some non-gamers. I don't know what else to call a gamer who plays games a lot of the time that most people know. Mainstream gamer, perhaps?

I listed what they were good at and had unique selling points compared to Nintendo. Nintendo basically offers no proper online play, Sony does better here. PSN+ offers discounts, eclusive content, early acces and a catalogue of great games to take advantage of, Nintendo offers little compared. Nintendo doesn't use it now though, and the Sony Handhelds offer a multimedia way to be used, not only has a place to play games but also to listen to music, wathc movies, view pictures and so on, something only Sony has done so far.

I can't really give specifics, i'm thinking of past E3s where they announced new services and other deals that they offered. The amout of services they have offered more to their customers over the years then any of the other gaming consoles this generation. I personally just don't see the way they've customers poorly, exactly.

I know Nintendo is doing well, they are selling well, but I don't place a value on a company's monetary worth exclusively but on their ability to balance it with marketing and customer demands/service. Nintendo is marketing to a niche audience these days, the casual gamer and their service to dedicated customers over the years is not being repaid with what they demand. It's not non existent but it's not respectfult o us the dedicated customers to not be included as a major part of future nintendo plans. That's just good business sense. Worrying about the quick money now leads to quicker failures and bankrupcy.

Sony may not have the biggest way of getting grand and enormous profits, but their brand alone is something that is marketed to most gamers as wide ranged and offers a lot for their customers. The PS3 has the most adaptabily and wide range of marketing out of all the consoles i'd say, it can be sold as a family console for the kids with Wonderbook and LittleBigPlanet, a dedicated gamer with COD and other FPS games, more traditonal gamers with mareketing of RPGs and the fact they are the main developer of Japanese games, a huge market in itself.
It also offers great customer service with free online play, PS+ which allows a backlo library of games, interocnnectivity between handheld and home consoles, not to mention the PSV and PS3 'buy the game and get a free copy on your other console' which they easily could've made you pay for that service. They actually listen to their fanbase more so and add decent insentives to get their share of the market.

In the end both are flawed, but neither are goong anytime soon.

Probably Mass Effect in terms of a single game. Must be about 200 hours on it i think? I've played throught the story about 10+ times and a few more uncompleted (thank you corrupted files that made me have to play them all again). I'll be playing it through again in the summer, as well as the sequels, in a trilogy mash up. So yep, I could pretty much tell you the sequence of the events that happens, the main planets you visit, most of the quests and almost every bit of the Mass Effect lore from my head.
    Test me, boyo!

Played all the Dynasty/Samurai/Orochi Warriors main installment games for around 70-100 hours each.

And Skyrim has clocked 100 hours too. Damn you fantasy and Sci fi for being so good!

Aren't all these theories based on fiction? I only wonder if anyone has any coherent articles, any readable articles for country bumpkins like me who lack knowledge in tough scientific concepts or terms, of you would please.

Time travel is such a... distant thing to base on logical concept or more that we have no... Truths about it? I'm grasping for words to explain but can't.

it's funny many times I hear these conversations and think 'I am just never going to use the word irony' to describe anything.

Mainly from fear I misuse it and people keep trying to teach me what irony is when I really would rather not bother learning and instead go "LA LA LA LAAAAAA!" to myself.

I would agree to whatever you wish. But I'm guessing you are some how unable to tell me your wishes I bet.

So I would let you fight, for a time, till I truly so no hope or know of no hope of recovery. Which would probablyl be a long while, months, a year even.

Well, to suffer you'd need to be conscious of your surroundings to some extent. So i'd suspect i'd ask their wishes and carry through?

Though if this was some how and hypothetically unconscious suffering and I could not ask their opinion, well I would hope to know said person enough to know what they'd want and follow through with their ideas. However i'd make sure they have to time to fight and survive, but realistically I wouldn't know what i'd do. I'm not a fan of keeping someone alive if nothing positive is happening but then again what choice do I have over their lives truly?

Life could be seen as suffering for nothing. By pessimists and the depressed it usually is. I've learnt that it doesn't matter if life is hard, it's all about living and fighting for every moment of it. I will choose to live because it is my life to learn from.

Neither decision is better in the end. You die anyway. But I treasure my brief time here whilst I can.
