I'm not sure about 'mascot', haha, but the Flood is the most common unversed, like the Dusk and Shadow - basically an equivalent. Unlike the Dusk and Shadow, I don't think that the Flood has a whole lot of resemblance to its appearance in the game: Though I suppose all those pointy edges would have been quite difficult to plush-ify. lol I think that, I wouldn't be able to buy just one, I'd have to buy them all for the sake of completeness. :x

Personally, I'd love to see a remake of FFVII (or IX, VI or IV for that matter..). It's a shame that there aren't any plans for it. The FFVII technical demo for the PS3 was pretty sweet.
