He clenched his fist. "No one deserves anything like that yet she risked her lfie to save my family by giving me her powers to protect them, that's why, i'll save anyone I can reach out to, be it strangers or people I know, damn the consequences of my actions, everyone has a right to live." he said to her.
Well the Ghost Rider is technically a envoy or will of Hell itself through Johnny. Of course, ichigo wont' have flaming skull head out the chains or motorcycle, SKullclad only allows ichigo to cut Hell's Chains from people who die there and return them to 'life' or bind the living to Hell since in his version fo Hell, if someone dies in Hell, they are boudn there, be it Human or Shinigami and hsi Getsuga would be yellow with face traces of skulls in it, but of course, in the movie, he was willingly given them by Hell's Will rather than let the anatagionst escape and when teh others notice, Renji says someone who controsl Hell's power is a bad idea to have, emphazing the Hell's Power is something no-one should control.

He said to her before pushing Fang back again through another door that opened and closed, leaving the two combatants alone. "I know that look on your face, you're tryign your best to bottle up everything and act tough, that just is making things worse for you and everyone else around you, trust me, I know." He said, remincing on his mother's death and how he wandered the place where she was for a long time before his family came to him and for the first time, he cried at his mother's death, he tried to act tough and hold all hsi emotions instead but just made his family suffer because of it. "If you are so concerned for Xion, how about you bring her with you to keep her safe by joining us as well." he said calmly. "And as for Vanille-san, some clown kidnapped her right out from under our noses, Eiji-san was blaming himself for it and almost lost control of his emotions and threatened the others lives." Ichigo finished.
I put the question mark down cause well, it was really debating on that one paticularly. I was thinking, Ghost Rider is a emissary of Hell so... perhaps there might be a part where Ghost Rider might aid Ichigo with his power to go Skullclad form. Spoiler
