Yeah, it seems to depend on the people too, though. I know plenty of people who prefer going dutch on the first few dates, and those who have only the guy paying, and in some rare case of a girl asking a guy out and paying. It really depends on the people and the situation.

I can't help but love them. Their songs are something of a challenge for me vocally, I'm currently working on managing to do the low parts of The Only One. That's my favorite song atm, I also really like Sweet Sacrifice, Cloud Nine, Your Star, Good Enough, Hello, Whisper, My Last Breath and Haunted.

I'm gonna speak against the 'pay everything' mentality by saying that if she insist on paying, especially if it's her share, offer one more time, and then let her pay if she wants to. It's nice to know that you're ready to pay for her, but still respect her wanting to take care of herself.
The Spam Zone thread I just did got me thinking whether there was a thread for the Moomins. If there actually is one, I'm terribly sorry, the search didn't show one at least. The Moomins is a series that lasted 78 episodes during the 1978 series, another 40 with the 1990 version, and had several movies made into the franchise (latest which came out last year). Based on a book series by Tove Jansson, this is the series practically every Finnish and Swedish child has seen. I literally grew up with this series from day one: apparently my mother was watching this right after she had given birth to me, so I've got some fond (and thanks to the Groke some terrifying nightmares) memories of the series (specifically the '90's cartoon version).
<3<3<3 Yeah, I'm used to the Finnish version, where he's got a low, calming voice, so it was bit of a shock...
