I'm not in college but I am taking an online course (which is what this class period is supposed to be used for but here I am on khv) and I just find it easy some weeks and harder for others. Like, this week all I have to do is write up vocabulary lists based on pictures the teacher gave me. It takes a while but it's not hard. But then there are weeks which require communication with classmates. I have no problem with talking, but everyone else in the class does. At least in a real classroom environment you can see these people and remind them, but online the only connection I have with them is the class. How am I supposed to communicate and get in contact with them if they choose to not log in for the day? It helps teach time management though, since you have to post your assignments by said time, at the same time this can be a problem. Sure, you can talk with the online teacher, but they only accept late work if there was an emergency. From my experience with teachers being physically there, they can decide whether or not to give a longer deadline because kids do not seem to get the assignment. They can't do that in an online course. I know college online courses vs high school online courses is considered here, but that's just my experiences with online courses. Now I need to run back and get some work done :/
Spoiler There is no sense pretending it isn't true. Though I decided to look at least similar too and well... Spoiler I understand baton rouge and new orleans... but what up with Cleveland?
Maybe I just need to stop trying to tell jokes.
Did you mean: "I refuse to hire anyone that isn't a white christian heterosexual male" ?[DOUBLEPOST=1415829131][/DOUBLEPOST] oh oops I read your post as "I refuse to hire anyone that isn't American."
This wouldn't be the first time I've heard this statement. And I doubt it will be the last.
Massachusetts. Though I'm not sure if all schools around here are like this.
ey~
I've seen a lot of male hetalia cosplayers... at anime boston. At the meets I go to I have never seen a male cosplayer show up. At AB they had a whole panel based on like... "history with a hetalia twist" or something, and all of the guys (except I think the Hong Kong person who was there who I don't believe is a character anyway?) were... guys. The germany was pretty badass.
I know you guys keep telling me I have a good history teacher because he's not blinding me with "go america" points of view but HE'S BREAKING MY SENSE OF REALITY AND I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE. How am I supposed to function in a country where we have the illusion of a free market? How the hell am I able to stomach the idea of, "Sure, we'll let cities go to ruin, so long as we're getting more money making our products in another country" ? I knew I was going to hit some sort of breaking point but dear god. I am going to have to go the rest of my life knowing this and having to deal with it because I am not a company, I am a lower-middle class female with an average testing score and I have no particular skill that is going to get me far. Break me down more or build me back up but we're about to start Anarcho-capitalism.
must. resist. joke. about. lolis.
I could have, but that isn't any of your concern is it?
omg no way you were looking at this thread today too? we must have some sort of mental connection or something.
I was at that moment and thought this was a recent thread whoops. yup. I've been caught.
And if he doesn't revote, you wouldn't have voted. This'll be interesting.
uh huh? right before 7? don't pull a last minute on us, it does not benefit the town in the slightest.

Do you have a reason why? It's really close to the deadline.
Hiryuu was pissed. Very pissed. After all of his training and effort he had placed into his magic and abilities, this man was able to get the tooth in nearly a fifth of the expected time. He would have been more satisfied if it took five minutes, or at the very least allowed him to fight. Instead he felt somewhat cheated. He growled under his breath and summoned out his keyblade and pointed it in Satsujin's direction, "That isn't the final test, there's one-" "Hiryuu." Hiryuu heard the voice behind him and his face switched from anger to a somewhat defeated look, even if Kiza did not see it, Satsujin sure would. He turned towards her and smiled, "Hey~" Kiza's arms were crossed, she seemed unamused and looked over at Satsujin and back at Hiryuu, "That is the only test we had set. I thought you said you would have your emotions in check." "I know, I'm sorry master." "Get to the ship and get ready." before Hiryuu fully left Kiza placed a hand on his shoulder and spoke, "Their name?" "Satsujin." "Very well... off to it." Hiryuu ran as quickly as possible out of there, she looked back at him and then walked towards Satsujin and spoke, "I apologize, Hiryuu can be a bit tempered when things do not go the way he imagined them. He's just a kid still... I happened to walk over here just in time and I saw the whole thing. Your skill is impressive, you must have trained a lot of years before now... but I doubt you want me sitting here and praising you about that all day, we do have things to get to." Kiza bowed at Satsujin respectfully and spoke, "My name is Kiza, and well, I guess I am your pilot today. If you have any questions feel free to ask me, but there are a lot of questions I do not know the answer to." she waved for Satsujin to follow and she started heading towards the ship. The ship wasn't anything too spectacular, but it was definitely not an everyday ship people tended to travel with. It seemed to need a bit of work, but it was holding up pretty well regardless. Kiza waited for Satsujin to board before she walked on and yelled to Hiryuu, "Do you have the coordinates set?" "Yes ma'am." "Excellent." Kiza headed towards the front and set a couple of machines up and Hiryuu spoke up, "I hope it's safe to assume at this point you were indeed talking about this rebellion against the goddess." "Hush Hiryuu." "What? We're in the ship and locked up ready to go, what's the problem?" Kiza seemed to have a sort of distressed look on her face, then looked over at Satsujin. She shook her head and while she seemed to want to comment about something, it quickly died down, "Nothing." Kiza flipped a couple more switches and turned to Satsujin, "We're heading to Disney Castle." There was silence before Hiryuu spoke up, "Because that's where the planned meeting place is, in case you didn't know and we were your first source of information." Hiryuu glared at Kiza and Kiza pushed Hiryuu back in his seat and pulled a lever. The ship moved immediately and they left Radiant Garden. Kiza looked over at Hiryuu and spoke, "I am pretty sure he would have caught on to that bit, I'm not stopping at Disney Castle just to say I've been there and then continue on my merry way." Hiryuu shrugged and smiled, "Why not? It sounds like fun."
Hi I just got home but I saw this and needed to say something. You cannot make the assumption that because she is playing a similar way to last game that she isn't mafia. There is the possibility she could think "I'll play this like I play any other game, not change things up in the slightest. if I change people will notice and pick it up." I know you were just voicing your thoughts but I just wanted to push that little comment out there.
