Zoey yawned as she stretched her arms and opened her eyes. She had been asleep out in the hallway for a couple of hours, across the hall from the door that entered the room Marvel had slept in. She had a nightmare and she didn't want to be alone in her room, so she was alone across the hallway from her father. She didn't want to disturb him and knock, in fact she was hoping that he left the door unlocked. He didn't. She would have to live with it.

Zoey was getting ready to stand up before she saw the door move and she let out a quiet yelp before running around the corner. She poked her head around the corner to see Marvel walk out of his room. He was not awake, he was barely dressed, and he was looking at his watch hoping somehow it wasn't as early as it actually was.

Zoey smiled a bit and decided she was going to try and walk to him rather than hide. She skipped around the corner shouting, "Dad! Dad dad dad dad dad."

Marvel looked up from his watch with a clearly annoyed face as he looked over at her, "Shut up. it's early on a Saturday."

"I wanted to know if you were going on the town field trip today. I think it's gonna be so cool and I think we could go and get some sweets or someth-"
"I'm not going."

Zoey's face looked pained, "W-why no-"
"Remedial classes."
"Oh."

There was silence between them for a moment before Marvel spoke, "So you're going?"
"Yup."
"Can you buy me a tie?"
"A tie?"
"A tie."
"Why do you need a tie?"
"Because I like ties and I haven't gotten a U.K. one yet?"
"Um I guess so... you want like a flag tie?"
"I don't know I just want a tie."

Marvel pulled out his wallet and handed her $20. Zoey stared at it for a moment and laughed, "You're making this hard for me."
"What are you talking about?"
"You just gave me twenty dollars."
"Yes and?"
"Twenty American dollars?"
"Do you want a fucking medal for being able to identify a twenty dollar bill?"
"Dad we're in Wales."
"I get that, what is you poi-"

Marvel stopped speaking and his body tensed up. Zoey nervously scratched the back of her head and questioned, "So is this why you're in remedial classe-"
"Shut it smartass."

Marvel grabbed the$20 back from her and Zoey looked at him sadly and spoke, "You know I could ask one of the teachers to swap it out for pounds."
"No, don't bother. I don't need a tie." Marvel began to walk down the hallway again as Zoey shouted, "I'll bring you back a present?"
"Don't bother me, Zo."

Zoey frowned and then looked at her clothes and realized she was still in her P.Js. So she ran back to her room to get herself changed.​

Her question had not been answered yet before she heard a voice behind her. Kaida had not yet reacted to the intrusion before she heard Central Haven. She turned to the man speaking way faster than she normally would have, almost as if it was instinctual. She was considering yelling at him for talking about off world affairs, but at this point hearing Hikaru's name threw her off from that schedule. Completely ignoring Cailyn and Max, Kaida ran up to Beuce and she went to place her hands on his shoulders to shake him, as this was a usual Kaida reaction motion, but she noticed something off about his shoulder. She looked down at his arm, or at least the empty space that an arm usually would have been at. Her facial expression didn't change but she did back off slightly because physical contact was not looking like a good idea at that moment. She placed her hand over her chest and breathed out a sigh of relief, "Oh thank goodness, I was worried nobody was going to make it out of there. I'm so sorry I got out ca- uh...."

She turned her head over to look at Cailyn and Max, and she decided not to verbally explain the time travel belt at this moment. She just pointed to her belt and then motioned behind her as if to say "back" and then she pointed to her watch to say "time". But then almost immediately after to cover up awkward silence she continued, "Uh... um... guy who was launched in the air by Glen? Airborne. Bourne. Okay Bourne." she crossed her arms and spoke, "Are all of you together, Bourne? Did you all split up or are you all here in Disney Town?"

Then I'll be sure my girlfriend and I never get in the way of your Alien movies.

like, we commentate sometimes and I don't mind it, but then my mom starts researching all the actors and trying to show me scenes from other movies that the actor has been in and I'm just like, "Stop."

that and we're irish and loud so even if we're in another room and talking we are LOUD. and someone is usually shouting.*

*to all Irish people who are reading this I am not making a generalization that all irish people are loud. if anything I mean Irish-American, or just Bostonian Irish loud. blah blah blah.

So my english teacher told me it is a tradition that he shows us this video every year the day before thanksgiving:

"Okay children our test today is going to be all short answer questions." says my teacher as he hands me a sheet with a list of only vocabulary words on it. I stare at him in absolute confusion as I remark, "Um... these don't look short answer." he chuckles and looks me directly in the eyes as he says, "You're in honors, honors is defining vocabulary first, then you get the short answers."

I have not seen any of these words in a defined form before. Finding an appropriate sentence seems to be hard, because we have watched presentation after presentation of information that I cannot find an easy way to simplify. I write up as best as I can, but I soon find myself stuck.

The two words left are "capitalism" and "market economy"

and that's when I realized I forgot the difference between the two.

Eh I have no problem with the action scenes and what it ended up leading to overall, but it honestly took me until I was eleven before I managed to watch the whole movie. Why? I always fell asleep around the time Anakin and Padme arrived on the gondola to that "hideout".

oh god I just read the title of the song as "Shark in the Week" and I just got so pissed off about it and I had a full rant prepared about how it had nothing to do with shark week... I'm just... done...

I thought the original line was "Obi-wan killed your father" which is why the scream was relevant.

I really need to stop wishing in kids shows that the main character (or at least the character that seems to be the one that is meant to be the developed one) will become evil. If there's ever a show catered to kids where the good guy becomes evil and stay evil... I'll be impressed...
