No Yu-Gi-Oh! until Thursday, September 26 because they're showing The Legend of Korra Book I in the 5:30 PM time slot, which is Yu-Gi-Oh!'s time slot. :( While I like The Legend of Korra, couldn't they have kept it at 4:30 PM after Avatar: The Last Airbender at 4:00 PM? Now they've got two Avatar: The Last Airbender. 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM and 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM.
While grocery shopping at Fred Meyer on Saturday, I noticed two employees at different times / locations that looked like my friends -- one that was a senior when I was a senior and graduated and the other one that was a junior when I was a senior. I wanted to go up to them and say, "[Name]?" but I didn't because if it wasn't them and it was strangers that I didn't know, I feared I would just look foolish. Additionally, I don't know why, but I sometimes feel weird seeing or running into my friends with my mom there, even if she's not right by me. I've gotten better on that, though, because I'm fine if we're in a drive-thru, it's more when we're in stores for reasons I do not know. Anyway, this isn't related to my A Form of Depression? thread, because it's not so much that I miss my friends (I mean, I do, but you get my point), but that I feel bad at least not seeing if it was them. Worst possible scenario, it wasn't them. Am I a bad person for this?

While I may not be able to do any of the fancy stuff, such as shapes, text on images, etc., if all you need is a simple re-size and cropping and don't care for anything fancy, but don't want to do it yourself for whatever reasons, stop by here. Unless you otherwise state a different size, all avatars will be scaled down to 200 x 200, the maximum dimensions KH-Vids utilizes, and all signature images will be scaled down to 500 x 250. For this reason, I ask that images are 800 x 800 or higher. The bigger the image, the less of a chance there is for pixels to get screwed up. No posting templates are required. Just post the image you want cropped and re-sized, and I'll take care of it. If you want certain things cropped out, such as a logo, let me know. This shop is now open!

I'm only going by schools here, but I'm sure it's the same or similar in other schools. Why is it that in terms of starting, ending and breaks, each school year is different? Sometimes school starts on Wednesdays and sometimes on Thursdays (and why not Monday for a full week?). Sometimes the last day is on Fridays and sometimes it's on Wednesdays. Most of the time Christmas break is two weeks and a day or so. However, during my sophomore year, I believe, at the high school here we had one week and one day of Christmas break -- we went Monday and Tuesday that first week So why's every year different? Discuss.

First time I experienced this, as far as I know, but when AVG got done updating, the Internet on my computer stopped working and I had to restart my computer.

My mom ordered me a bed frame at the end of August and it came a little while ago. For the longest time, I had a bunk bed, which I got rid of last year for reasons I literally don't remember -- either too old or because it took up too much room -- and gave it to my aunt because she has some kids that come out and help her. Since then, I've been sleeping on the mattress that came with the bunk bed while having another mattress from an older bed that sags down when you lay on it because it's so old as a supporter for the newer mattress. Although it wasn't so bad that it caused pains when I laid on it before I got the bunk bed, so that's a plus. Now I'm going to see if I can put this baby together myself before picking up my mom from work in two hours and 50 minutes.
It's now the anniversary again of that horrible day. Let's have a moment of silence and discuss it.
What are your guys' opinions on using last names of characters you're being? For me it seems to vary -- no real reason behind it. For example, when I was being Hyuga Ryght from Phantasy Star Universe, my username was Hyuga Ryght. However, when I was being Yut Jun Yunkers from Phantasy Star Portable 2, I just went with Yut. Some cases where I think last names would be required or would be more clear as to who you are would be in cases like when I was Danny Phantom and my username was Danny Phantom. I don't think just Danny would have sufficed. Discuss.
