Maybe all they have is the gameplay. Like they haven't made all the levels, cutscenes, etc. If that possibility is right, hopefully that means they've been fiddling with the gameplay to expand it.

Out of all the people who call Laguna Squall's father in this thread, you quote me who has no mention of him being Squall's father. Laguna will be interesting to the plot as he's a character from the past who, as far as I know having not played much FFVIII, effected Squall's party from the events of the past (not the butterfly effect either, just the progression of time). Besides, FFVIII is about time if I'm not mistaken, Laguna being the past, Squall the present and Ultimecia the future.

I'll list a few games I have that haven't already been mentioned unless I missed them

    PS2:
Star Ocean: Till The End of Time
Shadow Hearts (I've never played it, but it would make sense to put it on the list for the next two)
    Shadow Hearts: Covenant
Shadow Hearts: From The New World
    Metal Gear Solid 2
    Metal Gear Solid 3

    PS3:
Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 (I doubt you'd need to get the first one since they don't really have a plot, it's just "KILL STUFF WITH GUNDAMS")
    God of War Collection
    Metal Gear Solid 4
Resident Evil 5 (more so if you have two players)

    PSP:
    Dissidia: Final Fantasy
    Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops
    Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker

I'll probably edit this later when I remember some more games

Also, Onimusha 2 and 3 are the best of the series IMO, but 4 is a stab to the heart of fans yet still pretty good.

    Gentlemen.

WE MUST DEFEND WIKILEAKS BECAUSE IT HAS THE WORD WIKI IN IT!

Is the logic of most people, but they won't admit it. I myself don't give a toss.

    *cough*HotRodwasBumblebee'sreplacementfortheoriginalmovie*cough*

I'm hoping for more plot and fights to be in human speed, hopefully the movie will be a bit longer than the other two where since the first felt like it didn't explain some of the important parts well enough and the second just had too much time fighting in fast forward (if it was regular speed it would of been sweeter) and wasting time with the twins being goofs, another freaking desert, the army and Megan Fox's boobs (well, we know at least the last one is gone but probably replaced). Also, I can already tell this isn't going to happen from the trailer but hopefully Bay will lay off the whole "BAYMERICA IS THE CENTRE OF THE UNIVERSE" thing, where only the army can do anything (with the remainder being handled by the robots), the bad type of sweaty women are made to be attractive and black guys die first.

Also hoping that some of the army guys finally get stepped on. Seriously, no matter how many times they run to a few feet away from the robot and fire missiles rapidly from a single shot disposable rocket launcher like some sort of powerplaying Michael Bay army man in a game of D&D when everything else is robots, someone need to get smushed. A main character gets splatted plz.

You know what I have chosen, because you asked me prior to this moment. IN THE FUTURE BUT SOMEHOW IN THE PAST AND NOW IN THE PRESENT.

Dark Eradicator Warlock. T'was my trump card. I only ever used it a few times and it never failed in an actual game. Second to it was my original Dark Magician, I received a second Dark Magician I called DM3 with the DEW though, I called it this since a friend of mine had a Dark Magician with a different picture already which was DM2.

I'm not a fan of Uncharted but the rate they are knocking these games out is fantastic, especially with such a fan base as well. I hear these games are good but not my style so I don't play them, but they certainly do seem to be keeping up with their past two successes.

I'm actually not that surprised about Laguna being added, from what I read on a few wiki-type sites and stuff he is considered a second, lesser protagonist and his party is supposed to be a contrast to Squall's. I think he was a pretty good addition for both plot (lol) and gameplay.

Clearly there is depth to the image as the lighting creates a circular focal point in the first image and there seems to be an even smaller version of it in the second image. Besides, in the level of snow that appears to be in the picture there wouldn't be a great deal of depth from the snow and wind.

The colouring is solid and the shapes of the wolves and silhouetted Imps are actually that of wolves and imps. It appears as if it was done in flash even though it wasn't with the smooth lines and stuff that I mentioned to you before.

The feet going into the snow create an impression of the location better than if the feet where on top of the snow as most new artists tend to really do where they don't understand that the characters should be on the landscape and not the outline of the landscape.

There are a lot of zig-zag shapes on Oki which I am unsure are actually meant to be his shape in contrast to the more smooth Ammy but considering I have never seen Oki I can't comment correctly. I assume he has a rougher appearance hence the straightness instead of the slight curvature on Ammy's fur and lines, combined with the whole males being square and females being circles and triangles.

    It's not like you're a "new artist" >>

I watched it, but I don't miss it. It was an ugly show with a cool concept. But like football in space trying to be an anime, it was too French too live.

    As of late

As of early, I have yet to actually play this game and probably will not from the 5 minutes of it I saw at a cousin's house once. He didn't even have a generic beam sword that can be spelt as either lightsaber or lightsabre but if I spell it the way my language permits you of the Pokemon name would "correct" me with your version of my language.

Besides, can't be as awesome than merganating characters to create Lando Fett, the most badass moustached Mando that should of happened *shot*
