I think it's meant to be a reflection on them being on the side of evil or not on the side of good something before the beginning of their games (Cloud being in Shinra, Squall being in SeeD or something (I haven't finished the game but I assume SeeD ends up turning out to be evil or controlled by something evil) and Tidus being in Zanarkand with his dad not evil but not being on the good guys side yet). IMO.

It doesn't help that my laptop is elevated on a box so I can't actually see my keyboard while half asleep.

Daggers can be big weapons too. Madan Senki Ryukendo has proven that with the godmod Madan Dagger, which lets him summon what is basically a Zapdos, transform his sword into a dual-sword and can create a restraining rune chain *shot*

I'm glad this isn't coming out soon, I'd be too busy to play it xD At least it's looking really good so far. I was satisfied once I saw that it was like KH but you can change to the other party members, then it took a step up when he climbed inside a mech.

BIC: As Leon was walking around dragging his large and heavy weapon behind him making a scrapping sound as sparkles flew from the blade and the ground three monsters appeared before him. "Alright, 'bout time", he muttered to himself as he lifted the blade into a fighting stance. The three monsters where just below his fighting level according to the game but he had a feeling that didn't mean squat if this was realistic. Before the monsters could attack Leon dived right in and swung the heavy blade downward onto one of his opponents crushing it under it's weight. "That was... weak", he thought aloud, "Realistic physics?". The other two monsters seemed to notice their allies demise and attempted to avoid a similar fate. Leon swung at them but they where able to dodge his attacks mostly, taking only minimal damage.

Richard watched Leon fight through his hand held computer as he attempted to track the player's location down in attempt to complete his orders. "This kid's gonna be busy, I might actually find him before he goes offline".

A Lightning Bruiser would be too close to godmodding IMO. Because it's like a Mario on steroids it's basically a step below Game Breaker if not for the rare occurrence of an added massive weakness.

Having had a soda and used the toilet, Leon returned to the room where he had the game set up. "I'll give this another shot", he said as he turned the machine on, equip the VR gear and loaded the game. He was thrust into the virtual world back at the place he left. Getting used to being his character for a moment he took off to find some monsters to get the hang of combat, if it was going to be literal life and death he might as well make sure he doesn't suck.

I watched the Iron Man cartoon, it was good but it really didn't feel like it was Tony Stark and was ridiculously anti-climactic, you could probably guess every plot twist from episode 1. I did love the cross over episode between Wolverine and Iron Man though so I'll probably watch this anime at some point, more so since I did like the DMC anime a lot even if it was rather anti-climactic as well. Would of been nice to have more than a second of Devil Trigger though. Hopefully Wolverine doesn't have him beating everything without effort

I'm hoping the villain(s) is closer to the originals this time, the Green Goblin was cool but wasn't much of a Green Goblin, Doc Ock and Sandman where pretty good compared to the others and then Venom shouldn't of been played by Eric Foreman.
