Kat looked over at the girl who approached her and spoke to her. She immediately shook her head and replied, "I-I'm not running away... I'm getting away from the larger group... I don't belong with them. And those guys cheering for the elite to join, I don't belong either. I don't have experience with VRMMOs..." Kat understood how MMORPGs worked, she'd been there and done that before. She's even used VRgames before and understood the technology. No matter how much studying she did she couldn't prepare herself for this. Kat pulled out her <<Weapon Evolution Potion>> and drank it for a second and pulled out her dagger and watched it transform into a rapier right in front of her eyes. She examined it for a moment before putting it away and breathing out and saying, "I don't think staying here any longer is going to be much help... I don't think people here are going to offer help to newbies... maybe I just need to go..." and she looked ready to run.
The moments of the revelation were still clear in Kat's mind and she was shaking. This game had them trapped, they had less hints than ever, and there were less people in this game than the SAO incident. Everything had been more realistic. Everything. The blood. The cries. The... Kat stared at her hands, shaking in trauma. I.... I... Eventually she had to stand. She had to force herself to stand and be strong. Kat hugged herself looking around at the group of people. It was fresh off of announcement time, he didn't know how everyone else was gonna go. But Kat knew immediately that being in this large group could have two results. A compromise or a riot. Kat wasn't ready for a riot. So she backed away to try and get to the far edge of the circle of judgement, hoping to get a bit away from the larger part of the crowd while she was in recovery.
Username: TheLovelyEyes Real name: Katherine (Kat) Moran Appearance: Kat Gender: Female Age: 19 Weapon Choice 1: Knife (evolves into Rapier) Weapon Choice 2: Bow (evolves into Great Bow) Summon: Beowulf Race: Leviathan Personality: Katherine is for the most part silent and observant, but she also really loves delving into her roles when she delves into fantasy realms. She has a very specific sort of sense of humor so it's hard to make her laugh unless someone finds it. Bio: Kat is an actress and a roleplayer, often finding herself absorbed into RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons or MMORPGs. That being said, when Sword Art Online came out she had really wanted to play it but found out about the death game and grew a fascinated interest in all the stories behind it. However, when other VRMMOs came out, her parents refused to let her play them, even with the new Amusphere technology because they were afraid a repeat may happen. When she got into college she saved up enough money for her own Amusphere and copy of the new game and was excited to plug in and delve into the world immediately as the type of character she wanted to play... which she did. Special Skill: [LOCKED] - This cant be done just yet... Past VRMMOs: None but she has experienced VR games and is very fond of them. Other:
Kaida remembered feeling like she'd become completely engulfed in water and turned into water and lost her consciousness until she felt her leg get tripped on and that was what pulled her out of it. She heard Glen talking to someone and thought she heard the name Krowley and was confused before she looked up after hearing and seeing Hikaru. Then she remembered the whole alias thing. She accepted his offer to help her stand up but she was silent, looking around at everything and saying, "I don't think we're in Disney Town anymore."
Aello heard him mention her choice not to speak and rolled her eyes as she attacked the last nobody. She understood the importance of words. She didn't feel the need to speak them at the immediate moment. If she had stopped she would have asked about his wound but when she heard the gunshot she looked over to see he'd shot a healing spell at him. She was personally not used to a gunshot being the source of a spell but she learned new things every day. She finished off the nobody and summoned away her weapon before turning towards the two and putting her hands in her pocket, "So if you're all healed up and he's safe, we should get back to the town. Though..." she looked towards Higure and asked, "What is your name, if you don't mind my asking?"
When the boy had pointed towards Aedion and the nobodies (which admittedly in Aello's head sounded like a band name) she understood and simply nodded before charging in and slashing at one of the nobodies. She could tell it was one Aedion weakened already based on how fast it'd faded, but she immediately went to the other ones without giving much thought and not saying a word to Aedion. That was her usual thing, not really saying much at all. Trying to figure out what was going on on her own was the exception to that rule. Aello continued on hacking and slashing, isolating one from the other so she could take care of that on her own and trying to help split them so they weren't teaming up on one particular person.
Although Kaida had been relatively useless and hadn't done much of anything during this entire span of everything. She took a step forward and held Karina back and said, "Hey, okay, I accidentally encouraged you to kill him once, I am not gonna do it again. I think we've got other priorities and we should work on that now before tearing our own teammates apart." and since Kaida wasn't exactly strong she knew Karina could throw her away easily but it was the gesture and she said, "I'm sorry he ended up kissing you, but maybe the flirting tactic was not the best choice of attack?" she asked towards the group. "We should probably go and save Minnie."
Aello looked at the ring and recognized it immediately and before she could even say anything the boy was leading her towards the woods. Well, she knew Aedion wasn't going to just hand over so she figured it'd be best to follow. He didn't say anything so she just went with it and ran to wear he led and summoned out Last Rites again in case it involved heartless or nobodies and she asked, "So what exactly is the problem?"
Eh... I'm happy to hear it's getting inclusion but I've never exactly been fond of Disney Infinity. My cousin has it and I played it for a bit and it just wasn't my thing. But hey, if it makes a bunch of kids curious over what Kingdom Hearts is, I'll take it.
Man, this movie just means so much to me lately on a personal level I don't think words can describe how happy I am to see it confirmed for KH3 like, I screamed.
I have a strange issue that I have no idea if anyone else is going through but I need to express it anyway. So I believe I stated previously in another HWL thread that my mother passed away earlier this year, and she was so important that it threw off the entire family dynamic ten-fold. And we're going through interesting changes and reforms I am moving out for college soon, and my brother got himself a job he likes and wants a friend to move into the house (because he moved away from this town and hates the school there and thinks it'd be healthier if he moved back and my brother offered and it could work out). There's a lot of changes and some are a lot stranger. One is my dad deciding to date again. Now let me be clear before I continue the meat of this: I do not have a problem with my father dating. He is a grown man and can do what he wants with his life and if he believes he is ready to date again that's fine even if I don't necessarily like it because of how soon it is. My dad began talking to a high school friend he hadn't spoken to in years about a month ago. He started making the occasional phone call before it became a nightly routine and eventually, although my dad never told me, I heard his conversations start to sound move lovey-dovey and I asked him if they were dating and he said he was. He started visiting her on the weekends for the majority of the day every Saturday lately and he'd come back a little later each time. Tonight in particular my dad is staying overnight, and while I know there was really bad weather storm I can't help but think there were other intentions behind it. My dad has been dating this woman for... less than 3 weeks I believe, and he keeps asking me if I approve of her. I have never met this woman in person. Ever. I don't have an opinion because I've never met her. I haven't met her, my dad uses one day out of his weekend to visit her so we can't do anything, and I'm moving out for college in 2-3 weeks. I have never met a woman my dad is now spending the night with, and I think he's getting into a serious relationship with her. I mention meeting her and he avoids the topic altogether. I guess this is more of a vent but if anyone has any advice or anything to say I might be blindsided to, that'd be great.
Aello had finished up with her heartless quota, at least she believed for the day. And decided it'd be best to get out of the forest while she still could. Aello summoned away her weapon and walked out to the forest edge's path and since she didn't go too far, she was relatively closer to Roland's Ford. And as she stepped out more into the path, she noticed someone running, away from R-F. Usually that was a sign either something was happening in town or keeping people from entering town. Managing to keep as calm a composure as she could. Aello cleared her throat and spoke out towards the boy, "Are you alright? Is something wrong?"
honestly I'm probably going to have it locked.
maybe you should make a mention of that in the ooc thread so we can get a rough idea?
ooc: Where is Ana? Is she anywhere near Roland's Ford? "You've overstepped your bounds again, Aello. Maybe you should head back to the village..." Aello had nothing to do that afternoon and while she was aware heading out of the village for the soul purpose of looking for heartless was a terrible idea. But she wanted to, and that's why she was out. She knew she had quite the long time before she'd actually need to go for a meeting and this might just have been the best way to do it. She reached a familiar clearing, a favorite spot usually for these creatures due to how shielded it was from the light. She took a few steps into the clearing and heard the familiar scratching. Holding out her hand she summoned out her Axe with a blast of air and light. She twirled her hands and began doing what might as well have been her leisurely activity or release, although she could tell immediately they were weaker ones, she did not mind it. When all had been slashed back into the darkness, she looked around to see if there were any jumpers, and kept on edge because of it as she started to try and leave the clearing.
