I could see at some point the idea of 'Cross over worlds' that have collided together thanks to Kingdom Hearts or Xehanort or whatever. As a result we'd have a THe Grid mixed in with Wonderland, so we'd have a cyber Cheshire Cat, or Agrabah's Palace next to Notre Dame, and so on. It would definitely keep things fresh-er.
Too much seriousness! : p Though if people remember the good ending two, I believe that they hinted Cole wasn't gone for good. And it may be the ray sphere tech or other stuff has been used to give people powers. We'll find out more in the game or upcoming coming revealing information.

I think a better box art for the game that would reach a medium, would be: The MC, mainly silhouetted in the left side forefront, side ways view, gun in one hand pointed down, the other hand held out above the gun, with his phone in it. Lines appear out of the phone and in the background, a street, an array of pursuing police cars are halted by those posts that appear from the ground, mid hitting them. The phone has lines connected to the posts, the street lights, hell anything they can fit in. I am not much for box art, but even I have to admit that's a generic cover reserved for bad games. This surely should not be in that category.
