Pointless cards i tell you... they might as well make it a normal monster Lol.. Photon circler i mean.
I dont get why they're making cards like Photon Circler... it halves any battle damage you take from battles involving the card but it would be obvious that you dont even take ANY damage if you set it face down defense positon anyways... meaning its effect is like 90% pointless.

I can lose dodger but then I can monster reborn it *trollface* then direct attack you for -1900 damage. I negate everything else you have in your hand with my 2 other face downs and OTK you next turn.
no.. I set 5 cards meaning I still have 1 card left. you get your turn and attack me directly. I draw 2nd card and summon dodger leaving me with 1 card. then Axe of Despair, LaDD counter, Divine Wrath counter to destroy LaDD and get dodger dragon to 2900 Atk. Your field is then empty. if you special summon anything with LaDD's Effect i can easily negate that effect as well. I can pretty much counter trap whatever it is that stops you from destroying your entire field with LaDD's effect and you cant do anything about it cuz of Dodger dragon's effect. so losing your entire field and your hand at 1... me still having 2 traps on the field with a 2900 Atk dodger and a hand of 0... so I can direct attack you -2900 and counter whatever attack negation thing you have in your hand with one of my face downs... then Drop off you during your next draw phase making you end your turn... and OTK you next turn.
well I could use a face down: LaDD Counters. I chain with: and discard whatever card I draw this turn... then your LaDD is destroyed and all your other face downs go with it. GG.
I use a card that boosts my dodger dragon's atk and whatnot, LaDD counters, I counter with one of my counter traps... and since you cant use your counter traps my dragon would get a few extra Atk while your LaDD is GONE.
remember there is a rule that stops you from using unbeatable combos so unless LaDD itself is unbeatable you dont need to ban it. I would say if it only negates your opponents card effects it would be ban worthy but since it negates your own stuff AND loses Atk and Def cuz of it... I think the "No unbeatable combos" rule is enough.
you set 5 traps and LaDD on your side of the field and a hand of 0. I set 5 cards. you cant do anything to them unless you want LaDD to suicide on itself so you direct attack me for -2800. I could then summon Dodger dragon next turn and counter everything you have left and by the time im done your dragon would be weaker than mine.
that doesnt mean I cant use my counter traps. it doesnt matter if I lose life points, the one using LaDD cant OTK me. which means I can be free to summon dodger and Counter everything you have. then OTK you since your pretty much handless.
