Personality Split... Would you believe me if I said that I hypnotized you a few months ago and then gave you the post-hypnotic suggestion not to believe that you've been hypnotized? If you HAD to be tickle-tortured, would you prefer bondage or free reign? Stocks, four-poster bed or hogtie? Could you ever keep still during a tickle fight or do you usually thrash about? Do you think of me as kinky? When you finally learned what that long word I use meant, what was your first reaction? Now that you've been on both sides, which do you prefer being, 'ler or 'lee? How much of an influence have I had over you when it came to tickling? :sly: :sigh: When you finally graduate from high school, what will your major be? When's the last time you've actually baked cookies? Are you that curious to what I really sound like? Will you be posting anymore of those tickle fight YouTube videos? :sly: :silence:Do you think I should kick my evil half in the crotch for asking all of those stupid questions?
Zack saw the annoyance in Janexna's cool, icy stare and knew what she was thinking. Clearing his throat he said, "Mr. Power? I believe the Defense isn't done yet, so I don't see why you're interrupting. Besides, "Objections" are only supposed to be used for contradictions in the witness' testimony. And so far I haven't seen any. And correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Paintbrush Head YOUR witness?" He cricked his neck a couple of times. "You've already had your chance in the Cross-Examination. Attempting to fling an objection out of context again and I'm going to have to penalize you." The redhead sighed. So far only one penalty had been given and that was to the deaf/mute cloaked lawyer. The penalty system was there for a reason and Erkz had been too lenient on everyone so far. "By the way, as for the barrier point, it happened AFTER all the talk was over and Demyx drew his weapon. If I remember correctly, we're talking about what happened BEFORE the actual battle where either party still had a chance to leave." Then he glanced at Sora. "Please answer the Defense's questions so you can step down already."
Meh. Why not? I've only got one question. Would you rather be hypnotized by me or tied-up spread-eagle and tickle-tortured...by me? :sly: Yeah, I know. You can't blame a guy for trying, though.
"Really? Didn't something happen that caused him to go down that way in the first place? Something involving the King?" Kairi pursed her lips thoughtfully. "I don't know the exact details, but I remember Sora mentioning it once..." Naminé looked at Kairi questionably. "He did?" Kairi shrugged. "Not to me directly. In passing." "You eavesdropped on Sora's conversation with someone?" Kairi shook her head. "No, he just has a bad habit of sleeptalking."
OOC: So the novels ARE coming out? When exactly? (I want to preorder them as soon as possible) BIC: Kairi frowned slightly. Something didn't seem right about how the events were being portrayed by everyone. Finally she turned to Riku and asked, "Hey, Riku? You know where Sora and Demyx's battle took place, right? Was there another route Sora could've taken or was there only that one path?"
OOC: I kinda agree with Repliku on this one. It's not that I have anything against the novels, it's just that they're not "official." If the game and the novels contradict each other, then the game automatically takes precedence. Unless the novels are officially translated (not fan-translated) and ported outside of Japan, they're not necessarily canon. It fills up gaps, true, but all it really does is create a deeper background for the characters. Other than that, they (as Repliku put it) taint the evidence. Besides, I don't think we want to add any more charges than there already are...:sideways: BIC: Zack let out a quiet sigh. He wondered if there was a point in having Sora repeat himself. "Is the Defense done with their Cross-Examination? Because as far as I can tell, there isn't any new information that the witness hasn't already stated. If so, Mr. Bush can step down from the stand. If not..." He peered over his sunglasses and narrowed his eyes. "...there better be a reason for this line of questioning. I won't tolerate any more stalling."
OOC: Sora to finally answer Janexna's Cross-Examination.
Okay, this is not an update, but... Um...what I actually said was: Progress is actually going a bit slower than I thought it would be. Sure, I make it seem easy, but I never actually planned this far ahead besides the ending. And after using up my power and creativity in "Wedding," I've needed a (what I think is a well-deserved) break. :dead: As for that "upcoming project" you're referring to, I was talking about my third (and less popular) fanfic I've had on hold since I started "Wedding" and "Switched." It's called "Triple M: Legend of the Chosen One." I finished transferring it from the forum that I came from. However, it's a Mega Man fanfic, not a KH one. I recommend reading it as that was my VERY FIRST story that I've ever written. It might also give you a little insight about these custom characters I've been using recently and how they really relate to each other. ;) And if not, I'll try to explain a bit more in the actual update. :D
Okay. I KNOW this is about "Switched." And I actually agree on this one. Yeah, it's nice to know that people support you all the way and what-not, but after awhile, unless there's some actual meaning to the posts or some new ideas to bounce back on, everything just ends up cluttered and another spam thread (which I DO NOT want my story to become.) People love the idea. I get it. But at the same time, neglecting all the other upcoming or better talents out there becomes downright disappointing. Heck, my Triple M story didn't seem to wow as many people as I thought it would. There are a lot of poems that I've written that haven't seen the light of day. I know how it feels to have people only glance over a story or a poem and never return. It's depressing and ends up making the writer feel that there's no point in continuing if no one reads it. So yeah. I appreciate the support, but give other authors a chance to shine. Who knows, it might spark new ideas for your own creative projects. :o ...And if this ISN'T about the story... ...well, I still agree anyway.
What'd you expect? I don't usually do quizzes. ...Cheater. 8p
Gee, let me think... KH1 Kairi: Little girl who was around most of the game as a lifeless shell saving Square Enix & Disney from paying the voice actress more than she was. Has big feet just like Sora and Mickey Mouse. Doesn't do much except change Sora back from his Heartless form to his human form. Gives Sora the Thalassa lucky charm which basically screws Sora later in Chain of Memories. Pretty much stuck around for the sole purpose of looking cute and adorable which made Riku jealous and going all Dark on everyone. Was pretty much holed up in Sora's heart until he committed suicide. KH2 Kairi: Budding teenager who was mainly around so Sora would actually have a chance to regain his memories a lot quicker via Roxas/Kairi convo. Has the shortest skirt in the game alongside Naminé. Gives every perverted fanboy a chance to look up her dress and see her white cotton underwear. Gets a Keyblade by proxy (able to wield one, but in no way does she officially own it). Has better body proportions in comparison to her KH1 counterpart. And she does pretty great fanservice for all the naughty minds out there. :p I'm going with KH2. Easier on the eyes. ;)
Patience. ;) She's doing monthly updates, so you can expect the next chapter at the end of the month. On topic: Nice work, Princess. It's great to see you putting a lot of effort and thought into your writings. Keep it up! :glomp:
I talked to the new judge and they gave me permission to do Axel's as well. :) BIC: Zack rocked back and forth slightly, waiting for Sora's response. In the end, it didn't really matter to him. He just kept thinking about that mole...
Other than finding Riku and the King, Sora and Kairi would've gotten sick of each other within a year together. Their hearts grew fonder the longer they were separate.
OOC: Yeah, didn't ICSP tell you? He knows that me being judge the rest of the game won't seem fair to everyone (although I'm a bit more reliable), so he asked someone else to handle the judging as soon as Demyx's case is over with. But in the meantime, Judge Zack will "layeth the smacketh downeth" on Demyx's candy***. BIC: From what Kairi could gather from this line of questioning, the second fight seemed to be by mutual consent. Neither Sora nor Demyx wanted to back off from fighting. Sora, she could understand as he was pretty stubborn and dense most of the time ("I've been trying to get him to ask me out, but he's just so clueless..."). Demyx...she couldn't really find much to fault with him. Heck, he was kinda hot when she thought about it. Not as cute and adorable as Sora, though. It seemed to her that he was only following orders and was only sent to deal with Sora as a sacrificial lamb, so to speak. It wasn't really his fault. But at the same time, it wasn't exactly Sora's fault either. She wondered how the other side, the other story would be...
Behind his sunglasses, Zack was rolling his eyes. 'Bout time..." he thought. "Okay, I believe it's the lawyer chick's turn to Cross-Examine." He raised an eyebrow. "Make it count."
Naminé was a bit curious what was taking so long for the Defense to finish their Cross-Examination. "They pretty much got all the information that's needed. What else is there?" OOC: As for the allowing to charge Axel, you'd have to bring that up with the new judge. I'm only doing the Demyx case. So, let's just leave it with the one charge against Phil and continue so we can go on.
OOC: Okay, since I'm judge for this case and if I have to make a decision, I'd go with there being only ONE count against Phil. Because the place that Phil was found was the entrance to the Underworld but not the Underworld itself. Hence, technically Phil was either still in Olympus Coliseum or an in-between place, but NOT in the Underworld. Most of the facts pretty much check out, but so far we've avoided having to deal with the "Are the novels canon" issue. If this is the only thing stopping us from continuing on, then we're probably going to be here for awhile. I say we'll deal with any other issues when we come to it. We can use the novels to fill in gaps if necessary, but if there's a direct contradiction, then the game events overrides the novel events due to the fact that there has been no OFFICIAL canon translation released and any translation that's been done was by third party fan-translators that haven't been officially approved by Nomura himself. BIC: "Yo. You done yet?" Zack said slightly bored at the pipsqueak's drama acting. "Because if there's no more questions, I think the court would actually like to move this along already." He chuckled to himself. Right before the psychic interfered with his X-Ray peeping, he got a good long look (and a 3D recording) of all the girls in the courtroom. And he was surprised to see this cute mole on Janexna in a place where no one would dare look... "You don't think Sora's going to be accused again by the Defense, do you?" Kairi asked Riku. "As dense as he is, even Sora has his breaking point..."
But what about the derepping part? It wouldn't be fair to have "credit" taken away from you for minor little things. Or is there none of that in the credit system? Just asking.
