I want to use my PS3 (SIXAXIS) controller with my pcsx2 emulator , my emulator is working , i just need a way to play it with my PS3 controller , can anyone help me?

How would i be able to put the codes into an emulator? i'm trying to configure my ps2 emulator , i'v got the starting screen working and everything , i just need to get the KH 2 FM parts and such and try to make the iso , i just need to know where would i be putting the codes into once i get this emulator working.
