Well yeah she wraps up what happened. It took me a while when I first got to thinking about it, but there is one major thing in Aqua's story: Sora, Riku, and Kairi. She was the reason things are really the way they are between them, Sora Tried to save riku from his "Dark path" and Kairi came to the islands in the first place because of Aqua's spell. Granted, It's not much but it's still important in my eyes.

I think as long as they actually make a full system with it, it would be pretty good. Like everyone is saying, it was a one of the gimmicks that they put in. It was temporary so they didn't have to do much with it, but if they tried to make a full on system with it and addressed the things they left out, (like full control over the characters, actual limit break gauges, a growth system for everyone, and combination attacks that aren't made of trial and error) I think the system has potential. Especially the in battle timing combo. Most games like that are either the combo happens randomly on its own, timing adds damage, or neither.
