Not much has been said about the meaning of "Chasers". It could be the rank before Master, or it could just be a random word that Nomura put in there with that mash-up of a montage. It seems with all the recent news of the game, the term, "Chaser" has been long forgotten and most likely abandoned.

Coded takes place immediately after KHII, but before the events that will be taking place in KHIII. I'm still sticking strong that the Hooded Person in Coded is Xion. I believe that she's trying to show everyone what happened with the Organization during KHI and the forecoming Keyblade War. Yes, I do believe that KHIII is going to be about a second Keyblade War.
