Not really. It was a complete modification of a toy to the point that it's appearance is completely different and probably a breach of warranty or whatever is on the paper that comes with toys. For a comparison, the original Spoiler: Apollo Geist And the modified toy Spoiler: Utopia So it is quite a change. But it's a shame, the guys who got arrested where quite good at making customs. But there's a lot of toy mods in Japan so it is a bit strange that they made a big deal out of this one when there's million more Transformers modders. Though I guess they can't sue them all, as proven when Funimation (?) originally tried suing a few thousand people for downloading an episode of One Piece and eventually had to change it to a single person at a time which would cost them more than they'd get from the lawsuit.

Everyone knows that the Titanic missed that iceberg, but was felled by a time travelling battenberg.
So far, everything seems to be pointing towards a Resident Evil style movie franchise. I.e. A movie following characters nobody gives a toss about while the actual games main characters are easily killed, badly casted and cause the general public who've not played DMC before to follow the film as the "true" version. I have a horrid feeling this movie will have some connection to the next DMC, possibly being more closer to the messed up garbage Ninja Theory showed or Nero instead of the real Dante and still somehow getting everything wrong. At this rate DMC could go down the shitter, unless this somehow is a glorious save which could bring a lot of profit into the series like the Onimusha movie was probably going to do. Then again, like the Onimusha movie, this could get cancelled.

I could understand if it was a log of people who downloaded whatever it was from his site, but anyone who visited is over the top. People who might of accidentally ended up on the site or any of his other stuff are now possibly being stalked by Sony. I'm all for them protecting their products but this is just extreme paranoia.
