Yup, if you chain something that tributes the monster, it wont be destroyed cuz it would have left the field before its effect took place. but the destruction of the monster STILL takes place...it just misses and resolves without effect. Bam, cards cant be special summoned.

hmm...not likely but they can hold they're own until you get all 3 out on the field... I mean...Obelisk cant be targeted, Slifer destroys most of your normal summons, and Ra can destroy all your monsters with his effect... Ma'at needs to be banned. Edit: in the Arena I mean xD

Derp~ Legal Slifer is pretty much unnerf'd... his summon cant be negated, he gets 1000 atk per card in hand, he lowers any normal summoned monsters your opponent summons by 2000 atk and if the card reaches 0 atk by his effect, it is destroyed... dude...you realize what happens if Slifer goes up against synchro decks? most of the tuners are low atk...they would all be destroyed=no more tuning for you. and thats not all! it can be special summoned like obelisk so you can use 3 treeborn frogs, special summon Obelisk+Slifer, and then tribute all 3 frogs to summon Ra and tribute that for Horakhty=you win.........

here are some other cards they're releasing which I have no idea what they are yet... I think one is photon Wyvern, and 1 photon spell card, 1 photon trap card...thats all I know lol... and masked hero fusions?... Edit: and im guessing some are the new MX saber monsters they been talking about...

ah...I dont know, I just found the card on Pojo and someone posted its effect lol.... if thats true, Horakhty is BROKEN!!! WHY KONAMIIII you can spam treeborn frogs and freaking summon all 3 in a few turns, not to mention Obelisk can be special summoned, and I think Slifer can too?
Horakhty is the fused version of all 3 egyptian god cards. its effect is that you can only special summon it if you tribute all 3 god cards, and it cannot be negated. once you summon it, you win the duel. (they must be the ORIGINAL names, so you cant use phantom of chaos btw, Zeo.) and its not released yet...
