well it can still be the same, only special summon by tributing the monsters instead of fusion... Horakhty has the same effect but it was a fusion monster, not an effect monster too xD

dude...its not that xD its the fact that you must summon LaDD, Kurboh, get Nature in hand, and summon Ma'at. though phantom of chaos can be Ma'at...you still have to get Ma'at in the grave+have nature to use without it being negated...
I dont really like Ma'at...I mean, what are the chances of having Nature in your hand with Ma'at on the field without either one of them being destroyed/negated? No... He CAN do that... Ma'at special summons all monsters drawn by his effect lol...
yeah its a special summon...I think...if Horakhty needs to be normal summoned, it just fails lol...
you forgot I replied to Zeo saying you can tribute phantom of chaos' in place of the god cards, if that WAS possible then Horakhty would be broken seeing the many ways of cheating it into play if you can simply use cards like ~^... Yes, I think Horakhty is not competitive, but in the arena...

while you cant stop Horakhty...at all... they should have released the whole Time Lord Archetype instead of the most powerful card in the game...

Edit: and what if they release the whole Time Lord archetyp+Z-One's trap cards included... that would really define broken o_o... ^ Edit: well...that would most likely never happen since the same thing happened with the Darkness Archetype which only has 2 cards released out of the whole set...the ace card neosphere and one other monster from the archetype...they probably did the same thing with Z-One's archetype, Sephylon being the ace and Metaion being one of the cards from the archetype... but since they released horakhty, who knows lol...

is there a point in having your keyblade continuous spell? and defense position monsters dont make you take damage when destroyed in battle... you cant switch a monster to defense position on turn summoned, so adding def on a monster only works after the turn summoned which is most likely going to be impossible...cuz he will get destroyed before then lol...
his card makes you have to do 1700 x .25 ........ +425 Def......... is there really a point in doing that? o.0...
