Now that I'm back and CoD part 1 is done, I'd like to list a few adjustments I will make in preparation for the next mission. Steel shall equip Stroke of Midnight. Spending 2 points on Stamina. Purchasing a Speed boost with 3 crowns. Un-Equipping my speed chain in exchange for my white fang. Equipping Exp writer 1 and sliding dash. Also, should I not have 4 points to spend? including what i just spent of course.
"Wurzel, use tackle." Melody said as her battle with a sentret began. Wurzel did as instructed. Her tackle, however, was countered with a tail whip. Melody thought to even the field. "Wurzel, use Leer." With a cocky look on her face, Wurzel opted to growl instead. This was met with a tackle from the sentret. Melody gasped. "Wurzel please, use leer!" This time, Wurzel obeyed. She leered at her opponent. The sentret attempted to attack again, but Wurzel evaded it. Then, without being told, Wurzel once again tackled. The critical hit gave Melody the perfect opportunity to throw her pokeball. After three rocks and a click, the sentret was hers. She sighed as she picked up the pokeball. "That didn't go quite the way I had hoped, but at least it's done."
The fact that Ananta was now pummeling her enemies was one accepted with mere acceptance as Steel continued to lead Cinderella up the Staircase. It was all they had left to reach the ballroom. He took one disgusted look at an Unversed preparing to attack them. He then shouted "Begone you filthy insects!" A red glow then came from his metal gauntlet as he had just used the fire spell. It burned through them, which actually made them smell better. As they writhed in agony of the flames, he viciously slashed and hacked at them until the only ones remaining were at the top of the stairs; they were soon to be destroyed by the others. With his fangs bared beneath his scarf, he quickly calmed himself down. He stood up straight and bowed to Cinderella beckoning onward. "My lady." he said in a polite voice devoid of any emotion.
Actually, ever since I saw Ven fall asleep I thought Sora was the only one who could wake him because Sora has part of his heart; I also respectfully disagree because It said He would be looking for a friend to guide him home. Riku and ven have not yet met or even heard of each other. Still, they could always meet in dreams over the course of the game So we won't know until it comes out.
"We will see a mature Sora who will go off on new adventures with Mickey, Donald and Goofy," This is the line that interest me the most. A few of my post in the discussion threads have mentioned how I think he will be more of a mature person after what happened in 3D, but now that I know I am right, I wonder to what extent... He looks kind of like I had said; Mature, yet still goofy old sora. I just hope they do well with the irection they're taking with the character, and now wonder if they made him seem more immature in 3D specifically so that it would be comparable. He probably just hit a cocky phase during the course of that game.... Anyway. I am crying tears of joy that they have now released three 8 YEARS after 2, and have faith that they will pull this off with a HUGE bang.
Something in my head actually clicked when I saw that. I now think Sora will be "the successor", a person who's role is discussed in the Reports of BbS. Look there for details. Back on subject. Totally. I was actually lucky to not have a PS3 yet; normally the newer version of a system ends up being announced as soon as I get the older one. (Exm. DSi came out shortly after I got a DS) So yeah. KINGDOM HEARTS 3!!!!! ...and I don't have to waste extra money to get a system after buying an older version... But I still need KH 3D....
Steel looked around and saw the surplus of Unversed in front of and behind him. He saw Ananta take an attack. He decided to do something about it. However, with so many unversed, he could not leave Cinderella at the moment. He decided to handicap them first. "Slow!" He shouted with his keyblade in the air. Once more a field of time gathered and slowed down the surrounding filth. He quickly ran to Ananta's aid and slashed at multiple enemies. "Stay focused." He said before running back to Cinderella and impaling, slashing, and otherwise maiming various forms of Unversed around her at a heightened rate. Before long, most of them were gone and they could run for a bit before encountering more. (( OOC: I did the best I could with the little time I currently have. I will be back tomorrow.))
WHY MUST EVERY ONE OF THESE GAMES COME OUT FOR WHATEVER SYSTEMS I DON'T HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!But I must admit I am crying with pure Joy...
Steel and Cinderella ran down the main entry hall with Luna and Xero ahead of them, and Kel following close behind. Ananta was back a little ways, but she would catch up. Meanwhile Steel could feel the great force he knew so well trying even harder to press in on him. He was becoming rather serious; he no longer wanted to take the time to mess around when he knew he didn't really care. It was just some harmless amusement at the time; but playtime was over. He intercepted an attack from an unversed- which he instantly followed with a jump attack. A shock-wave spread out as he hit the ground, damaging many enemies around him. "Effective." He observed coldly.
I agree with everyone. But I would like to mention as this has not been posted and it occurred to me; some enemies might end up dropping potions while you're grinding. So it is definitely worth the time in your current position.
Joshua was briefly surprised when the Machine malfunctioned and the lights went off. He quickly recovered though. "A power outage? That's unusual." His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of shattering glass. Several Pokemon came into the center with confused and frightened looks on their faces. Joshua had a look of determination on his face as Nurse Joy threw him an empty Pokeball, along with the one that held his new partner. He drew his hand to his shoulder in a horizontal manner. "I must call upon you assistance," He pressed the button and threw it. "Glacies!" He shouted. The pokeball spun forward before opening and releasing a blast of light that formed into his pokemon. He caught the ball as it flew back to him. "Let's do our best." He said to her. "Piplup." She squeaked as she nodded her head in agreement. The two of them challenged a pidgey as other students were making catches. "Glacies, use growl." His strategy was to calm the waters before he dived in. He did not know of his opponents power; it would be best to lower it slightly before attempting to make another move. Piplup growled at the Pidgey; which was slightly funny, a penguin growling. The pidgey, though slightly intimidated, attempted to Tackle Glacies. The move hit, but caused less damage then normal thanks to the growl. "It seems I made a good choice." He said aloud. "Now, Glacies, Use Tackle!" The piplup ran in to damage it's opponent, but the pidgey evaded it. It then hit her with another tackle. "No!" Glacies was still taking less damage, but it was still a low level pokemon; if it took only a few hits it would faint. He needed to wrap this up with as little damage as possible. Glacies, Use Growl!" The piplup stood back up and growled again; this time a bit fiercer. This Most definitely intimidated the Pidgey, greatly lowering it's attack. "Now use Leer!" Glacies Leered at the pidgey, who was slightly on gaurd after the growl. it tried to stay indifferent to the Glacies' glare. But this took much willpower as it was already shook up from the kidnapping attempt. "Move in now." He whispered to Glacies. She Slowly moved toward Pidgey, who remained adamant and refused to be sacred. Pidgey tried to peck at Glacies but it was easily avoided. "Glacies use Tackle!" Joshua shouted when they were merely a foot apart. Glacies quickly tackled the Pidgey, leaving it no chance to avoid the hit. She moved away before it could get in a tackle of it's own. "Once more!" She tackled again. Pidgey was now weak enough for capture. "Pokeball, Go!" Joshua shouted as he threw the device. It knocked the pidgey on the head before opening up and enveloping it in a red beam. After a bit of rocking, Pidgey was caught. Joshua walked over to the pokeball and picked it up. "Our first catch." He told Glacies.
Oh, I thought you meant something different. Nvm. But anyway, yeah, I can see where you are coming from.
LOL. this is funny considering what went down when we were first starting this Rp. April 4th. 4x4=16 Shawn ***** 10 letters. 16x10=160 ...And now for the funny part; #160; Feraligator; the big jaw pokemon. XD Melody Jackson. 13 letters picking 23. 13x23=299 #299; Nosepass; the compass pokemon. Divide by 2? You must have a long name... Or a decently late in month birthday combined with a slightly long one at least.
Could you explain a bit please? I don't see how that was the same as telling Sora he would open the door to light. I am probably just missing something really obvious, so a hint would be nice. On the other hand, I can see how that is Mickey.
Steel nearly laughed out loud at Xero's response... A fake laugh of course. "She doesn't trust anyone -YET- but no matter how close she doesn't trust them. It would seem this young one has quite a lot to learn." He ran forward and stabbed an enemy that was going to attack Cinderella. When it did not disappear immediately, he turned around with the blade still in and while jumping slashed upwards. He then rotated and performed a horizontal slash while coming down. He stood up tall. "M'lady," He said to Cinderella. "We must hurry onward as we continue to destroy these foul smelling creatures; if we stay here as we do it will take some time before we can get you to the ball."
Ok, I meant to say more last night, but my computer screwed up, posted and would not let me add anything. Then I had to leave. It is a discussion thread though, so I am determined to Discuss. I am posting this down here instead of editing my previous post to ensure it will be noticed, as it would be easy to skip over if it was just added to the other one after all these other people have posted. I haven't read all of your post yet, so bear with me. Now; my reasons for thinking That sora is the supreme king of the universe mainly start with how all the villains treat him like he is no big deal and that everyone is better than him as mentioned earlier. Xemnas: "A truly marvelous weapon; were it only in more- capable hands." Xigbar: "...But you don't look like you're half the hero the others were." All of these words would be shoved up their A**es when all of a sudden when It turns out he is the ruler of all that lives. Furthermore, The crown theme sora always has is a major hint. Other than the aforementioned cover of 1.5 there is also the cover of the original final mix, and the fact that he has a crown on in Kh II FM. Plus he is still a "Royalty of Heart" As he is with Kari the same as Belle has Beast, Jasmine has Alladin, and so on. I think over all, those guys are supposed to play a roll in the opening of KH. Although Alice is quite a question in that matter as she doesn't have a guy. Still, she has a sword and shield so she can fight. On another subject, I also thought Sora might be the Ruler of KH because all of the seven lights could be him just like all 13 Darknesses are Xehanort. There are seven of him total after all, and I doubt that just HAPPENED. (Sora, Roxas, Namine, (They were both created from the hearts and bodies of Sora and Kairi which effectivley makes them both people) Ventus, Vanitas, Xion, and Data Sora ( The last two were created from some portion of his memories) I know some of us want Vanitas to be a bad guy, but its just a thought. Square sure is complicating things, huh? I think they are making the series this complicated on purpose; They know that it is becoming confusing and the want it that way. Remember: "Through speculation, people can still be happy with a game even if it gets old." We are kinda speculating the heck out of this. Also, I noticed Menos Grande quote your post in My "So what about Oathkeeper?" thread, and I didn't notice that last part before. I would like to point out that I only meant Oathkeeper should be his basic weapon. Not that he should lose Kingdom key. It is important after all, and if it is the true power of the keyblade, I think it should be a weapon that is more... Powerful. It's so basic which means it's stats are low. Like for KH III His problems from 3D could arise; He does not except his darkness so There is no balance. He could start using Oathkeeper and Oblivion to try and find a way to balance the light and darkness and at the end They learn of Kingdom keys importance and he would start using it again. I kinda of agreeing with what you are saying but He will open it. Despite what is being done to make him seem less important in comparison to the other people, that is also something I believe is apart of making us speculate. In the very first game, the voice said to him "You are the one who will open the door to light." I know people say that is Mickeys voice and that may be what he believed at the time, but I still don't think the voice is mickey; last time I checked that information was supposed to have come from the KH Strategy guide. The Heart gold and Sould silver strategy guides also seemed to have said that The opposing Legendary for each game could not be obtained which got me really down at the time cause I had played the original Silver. They were apparently just going off of the formula and not taking the time to check. I got those pokemon in the same game. One more comment: One of my theories is that Kh tried to personify itself by making sora, as he is kind friendly and is willing to accept pretty much anyone as they are. More about that later, but anyway what do you guys think?
Well not on a daily basis is what I meant with the gathering thing....
The latter. Another place though, it doesn't really belong to anybody, though it's not like large crowds gather. It's a church building. So how...
YES YES YES! This is what I have thought of for a long time now, but never really paid enough attention to the details to explain it. You rock!
Posting here cause I was asked to. Now what GM Base?
