It's a bit of both if I'm being honest. SPN is on more often than Doctor Who (since it has almost twice as many eps a season) and it's had better quality episodes lately imo, but at the same time Doctor Who came first and helped build so many friendships. Honestly, I think it's a tie between them right now. I go through phases of loving things the most anyway.
