He knew the distance wouldn't really help at all when it came to his hunger, but he did get to hear an interesting conversation. It was between a male and a female, and it seemed a bit tense. "Looks like he's popular," the Vampire murmured. "What is it?" Aduial asked, wondering if they should just split from the town's people and go their own way. "Nothing," Aidou answered smoothly. "Just picking up some information."

OOC: Jasmine ran (like Logan told her ^^), but Jake used his speed to easily catch up with her. Afraid that Jake (or his little buddies) would hurt Logan and the others, Jasmine struck a deal with Jake: He won't hurt them if she goes quietly. Jake agreed to the terms.
