I joined on January 15, 2007 and was 15 years old. Then when I became regularly active on June 5, 2011, I was 19 years old. And now I'm 22 years old.
We're at 11 or 12 now? I dunno. We've got another wildfire in our state, this one being near my aunt's ranch, though she's fine. On top of that, it's only mid-July, and we've already got this many wildfires, some still burning, though some are also in Wenatchee and not near Ellensburg. That's three summers in a row. What the hell!? Edit: For anyone that's curious, some photos of the latest here.
@Accelerator Happy birthday!
It premiered last Monday, so I missed it, but thankfully it's repeating several times, so I set a recording for the first episode. New episodes will be every Monday night at 11:00 PM (PDT).

Not really a surprise... Although this one doesn't seem to just be a cancellation, it's because of a small incident with Jennette. Oh, boo-hoo. "Oh, no! Jennette did one bad thing, so now it's the end of the world and we must cancel the show." Please... cry me a river. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/nickelodeons-sam-cat-canceled-718195
KH-Vids has been going down at least once a week lately with this error: Could it be connected to the e-mail issue?
I've been talking about video games with @libregkd on Skype, and I asked if he had any favorite genres. He doesn't really have any, but do you guys have any? I personally like puzzlers, platformers, and RPGs. Puzzlers: They just have a nice challenge. Platformers: They can be surprising. For example, you can encounter rooms with invisible floors, and in some games you neither get tools to show you invisible stuff or objects on the invisible floor to give you a general outline of where the floor is. RPGs: I just like how you have to use strategies, though there are some games where the strategy isn't as important or even necessary at all.
@EvilMan_89, I know that everyone, including myself, appreciated all the work you did, and I hope you'll still visit us from time to time. :)
Every video game should and should have include its music tracks as unlockable bonuses. From the games I've played, this is something Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium did and the Dynasty Warriors has done. In the former's case, all you have to do is beat the game. In the latter's case, there are certain objectives you have to complete to unlock each individual track.
I haven't see episode four yet since I had to get my mom (I did record it, though), but from what I've seen of episode five so far, Lin is a big meanie! :D
Free slurpees at 7-Eleven!
It happened on Tuesday and it was at an apartment complex in another part of town. No injuries, but the event that caused it was a dispute between or among people. They've already got an arrest warrant out for the suspect.
As title. I'll just reuse an image I used from my Technology thread. This only happens when I first open the browser, but as soon as I move to another location, such as New Posts, when I go back to the page it opened on (in this case, the forum list), it doesn't happen. This doesn't happen with any of my other homepage tabs, so I thought it might be something with KH-Vids. I know this is really benign, but I'm just curious. Hopefully curiosity isn't a bad thing, though, haha! View attachment 39229 See the tab.
It doesn't happen very often and it doesn't cause anything to happen other than a minor visual annoyance to me because if I hover over a tab the name of the tab (e.g., Windows Live Mail) will stay on the screen in a tooltip, though it's fixed by a restart, which what I usually do. I'm just curious as to what could cause it to happen. In the United States, you are legally considered an adult at the age of 18 and can do adult things legally, such as smoke and join the military. The age of consent, which means you can legally have sex, is also 18. In the United Kingdom, you can have sex legally at the age of 16 since that is the age of consent there. However, does that also mean that you are legally considered an adult at the age of 16 or is that age 18 just like in the United States?
I recorded a few movies over the weekend that I found interesting. I actually watched them, sort of, but I was paying more attention to the walkthrough I was recording at the time, so I recorded them so I could watch them later. I already watched one: John Tucker Must Die. The others I have recorded are Superbad and Vampires Suck.
It's been a while, but, @Marushi, you're in the spotlight now! Marushi is awesome and beautiful!
Inspired to make this by this thread. Anyway, as the title says, what makes people go and be bad? An example includes committing crimes, such as theft, murder, and rape. I know that in some cases when the crime's relatively small (e.g., stealing some food from a grocery store) it's only because a person is, say, out of work and they are trying to provide for their family and are not actually "bad," though a crime is still a crime.
@Arno Dorian, @hoodrat daddy Happy birthday, you guys!
