Hmm...I wonder... if Phantom of Chaos removed Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon from play to get its effect... and then attacked a monster and used that effect to remove it and the monster from play... would Phantom of Chaos return to the field after the battle phase or will it just...stay gone?xD since Phantom of Chaos no longer has the effect of Galaxy Eyes... or would Galaxy Eyes go onto the field instead of Phantom of Chaos? Edit: or maybe the effect stays active until the removed monsters come back.. Edit: Now im getting the feeling I already know the answer to that question... its effect stays active until the end of the battle phase when both monsters return to the field... just like Virus trap cards that have effects that stay active till after 3 turns.

what do you mean? with Cosmos/fissure on the field removing everything? and as a cost or effect? destroying isnt the same as sending.
cuz theres nothing to destroy...
you can activate fissure even if you have no monsters... and MST cant be used cuz theres nothing to destroy lol... sending cards to the graveyard as an effect always works cuz the graveyard is always there... it isnt like there wont be a graveyard for the cards to get sent to, thats the only way sending effects cant work xD As for Costs to activate cards, they must be exact cuz if you cant pay the cost you cant activate the effect.

No... you can send cards to the grave as an effect OR a cost... if the card says it must be activated BY sending a card(s) to the grave, then its a cost. while if the card doesnt say "Activate by" it isnt a cost.
huh? Fissure stops chaos emperor? but how can that be? o_0... you can use Hand Destruction just fine with dimensional fissure, sent cards just get banished instead.. isnt it the same for chaos emperor? you can activate its effect to send all cards to the grave but they would be removed from play instead. so you could use chaos' effect o.o;
