i think you need to brighten mewtwo up a bit, and again a different colored text that will stick out. also the border you made has no design and is the same backround as the original. The border really throws it off, also mewtwo's shadow is covering to much of him. but some shadows i have trouble with shadow too. hope that helps.

hmmm i like it but , the sun in the middle was uneccesary if you wanted lighting, there is a different way to do that. but it looks pretty good.i think it should be more darker before putting in the lights to add a old effect, but i am not sure what you are aiming for. besides that it looks nice. yeah random pic day!!
Try using a different colored text, so it can be seen. it will make it stand out more.
hmmm very uniqe sigs. i never seen somthing like this before, very nice colors, it does look cartoonish if thats what you were aiming for. umm i think you should make the text a little bigger, and mabye red so it looks like blood.
