Will say that the online community of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is pretty dead at this point, finding a game is nearly impossible and if you do, a lot of people generally leave. Think the same could be said of it's sequel, but not entirely. However I can safely say the multiplayer for AC 3 is going to be very popular till the end of this year, so get that if you want.
Fifteen??!? I remember one and two, what happened? XD If and when it's localised I'll try and get back into the series, it was always a fun little series to play so it'd be nice to get back into it.
I've mentioned this years ago when this topic comes up so might as well pose it again. You say you can't love more than one person at a time, yet let's go back to the earlier love and relationship that's formed in your life, your parents. In a nuclear family unit, having two parents basically, you traditionally form close bonds with them. You can love your parents equally, so how can that not be applied to a romantic relationship? I can say for sure, love is erratic and unpredictable. Rarely do you love one person in your whole life, and even rarer do you get to choose who you love. So I can't discredit the relationship of loving more than one person at a time. Obviously for some it works, so it's not impossible just not common.
Without adding anything to what others have already said, I'll add a small list of what Aqua does in the games as people have already mentioned. Trying to save her friends Becoming the first Keyblade Master of her generation Fighting Terra-Xehanort, creating his amnesia and halting his plan Saving Ven's body and creating Castle Oblivion I personally think, as I've argued with Misty a couple of months ago, she's effectively the lap dog of Eraqus who follows his orders, even when it goes against her friends trust and at times. And she's never really properly conflicted about it, which is why I didn't list it, but that's more a fault of the story progress than hers. But she does enough n the games for her to be pertinent in my mind.
I can't think any real logical reasons for capital punishment apart from eliminating a possible threat. However the threat is essentially neutralised since it is contained from the larger environment. The main reason it's been accepted for so long in history is because of the emotional response of vengeance that human society has created. It also came from war culture, the execution of enemies for various reasons, such as intimidation tactics/psychological warfare or the more practical (and merciful) reason because of the inability to sustain and feed the thousands of new mouths taken as prisoners. It's part of every culture, quite ingrained in many still, yet Western culture is starting to slowly loosen the grip of the old idea of vengeance with murder into something less permanent of a result. We realise now, as a culture, we're rarely ever going to be one hundred percent right in our judgements of people. Evidence can be planted to paint a different story, or there may just not be enough evidence to even discover what happened properly. Till we do, we have no choice but to admit we can be at fault and others shouldn't lose their life for that.
I'll most likely get this at a bargain price. Saints Row the Third was fun, over the top, mad and generally just enjoyable. I just don't really.... get it. I prefer GTA out of the two. It's losing a lot of it's roots by the looks of it. Still additions seem interesting.
Hey, some of us never really got rid of Fox in our lives.
Accomplished a lot of Tron worship, no?
The Pope will do as he always does. Make speeches, be a symbol, but nothing greatly new I expect. Will wait and see.
I posted in here a log time ago and I can't be bothered to find that post! : p So i'm just going to list the ones I remember doing. Jane Eyre. Book has only two decent caharacters and even they can be a pain. Filler during the time Jane finds her long lost family? I mean what the eff, it sounds like a soap plot by that point. Felt like the book went nowhere. Wjde Sargasso Sea. A prequel the the above. You have to really work at this book to get anything from it, hell you need to learn Jamaican, French and i think Latin too, just to keep up with the imagery, subplots and social contexts. Mix in no symapthetical characters, you just don't care. Paradise Lost. Seriously, a poem a hundred pages long.... It's too acadmeic for it's own good. It's great as a story piece, imagery, thematic and occassionay sounding good. Apart from that you have no clue what's going on between characters and i've studied the characters way too much....
Whenever you can is all. I've almost done first draft, just need to edit and check some jokes/voices with you guys. Got work due in soon so not...
Please get on Skype and look at the digiabridgey chat. I'm making progress! XD
It's a moronic way to get sales for a game. It's already been advertised on TV, the ad campaign is obviously going to be big. That's what should be generating sales, not some Roman numerals. It's both cheap and moronic to buy a game in a series for a number (As stupid as people buying games based on the front cover having a guy with a gun, ala Bioshock: Infinite, Watch Dogs and this AC game even.) I think i'm trying to reason that these games aren't being judged by the current consumer demand for online multiplayer gaming ability and for the single player series foundations. When obviously i'm wrong. A real shame as well to buy a product and not get the most out of it with all that it has to offer. I really have issues with this game in general it seems no matter how much I enjoy the series!
Why not nominate the Indian Canadian of lovely persuasion? Also know as What?
All subsequent games after the previous have outsold the last. I doubt think Multiplayer was the reason people bought Brotherhood, the multiplayer was still pretty unknown then, especially for multiplayer only players, but maybe for Revelations and 3 did get sales from that. Unless you can link me to the article, and i'd be void of opinion on it. Prince of Persia was good, but limited, it really needed to do and be more in story and gameplay (in both the original series and the 08 one). AC pushed the boundaries more and we got a series out of it. Hopefully Watch Dogs will do the same. Though honestly, I doubt it would kill the series. If AC keeps up with yearly instalments whilst Watch Dogs becomes bi yearly, well it won't beat it at all for sales for sure. And that's how these AAA series survive these days.
Take care of yourself, dear. Hope you can make time for us, but you're the priority! : D
Does having a number really boost sales? If that was the case what happened to Brotherhood and Revelations? I don't think they'll leave behind their flagship series, especially when these games usually compete with COD during the holiday periods. They still hold their own. I think AC is a crucial series for Ubisoft, Watchdogs is still untested and with AC, they've spent a lot of attention and money to establish it as a well known series, they won't believe the 'peak period' is over till sales plummet.
OH MISH THAT IS PERFECT FOR WHAT I WAS THINKING!!! *kiss on cheeks like happy Italian* Now back to writing. Digi Xros A Bridge Episode 2 script, you shall be written! no YMCA love? D:
