Those lines on the sides are not really working to way, it frames him but in a really bad way and they are sparatic. The giant S's need to go cause those are throwing it off as well. You need to work on your flow and depth, it is just to cluttered, and there is no real clarity in what is going on, nothing is blending together. Look up a few tuts, check planetrenders they have alot of good ones.
