Well, the title IS a question, which means others can answer as well... Personally, I do not believe KHI is the best, like others have said, the battle system, clothing set, et cetera. Kingdom Hearts II was the first KH game I got, and it is indeed my...I suppose, second favorite, with Birth by Sleep being my all time favorite. The first in the series isn't quite as... "Oh god, why did that happen. Why. Why. Why." as Birth by Sleep is... With all the plot twists, and story explanations. Especially seeing various SomeBodies, like Lea, Isa, and the like. When I saw Lea, I pretty much nearly exploded with how awesome it was to see him, and it kind of explained why Axel took a liking to Roxas - He reminded him of his past friend, Ventus.
