Pirates of the Carribean isn't even technically Disney, it was sold to another movie company. Also, it'd be dragging into an unknown fanbase, basically. Also, with *Sora*'s help, we're working on trying to put it more KH based. With the closed spam threads, we're going to have changes. This is the second day in a long process, me and DS are also working on adding new add-ons to the forum to make it easier for all of us. And yes, we are training the staff. And I should point out, if I was hard on my staff 24/7, I wouldn't have a staff. I do lay down the law when needed, but I'm not harsh on them to kick back and relax. I ask them to be proffessional when needed and to relax otherwise.

I'm not asking that, Shadowjack... But why not ask others of their opinion privately? I have an open door policy. And yes, I close mass chats because I'm not warned about it, and I end up with a frozen computer half the time and it being a contest to see how many people can be dragged into a chat at once. But that doesn't mean I don't listen to everyone's opinions, even if it's just one. I even ask others for feedback.

Guys, only 5-10 members were involved in this "incident." Don't punish the ones who haven't done anything wrong in the first place. Meaning don't be threatening members who don't deserve it or saying that they will do something wrong.
