There was a lot to process in the story, a couple names she spoke with familiarity that he didn't know. Well, he probably knew more names than some people. He happened to recognize the name Stamatis, he remembered the strangeness of how they met in frozen time when a storm seemed to be approaching Atmos' world. But besides that, he didn't know who Fost or Gero were. As she explained her training for five years with Stamatis, he could tell she spoke about it almost bittersweet really. Then she began speaking about the future, the world being dark. About Torrin working with the darkness, killing Mika, before the escape. Hearing Mika's name made him visibly react, more than he probably should have cause he didn't want to bring it up now of all times, but he didn't really know when the best time would be... so the boy tried to slip it in without directly saying it.

Take was quiet to put together his thoughts for a moment before speaking,
"After I had gone back to check on Atmos when we were in Atlantis, Nini had come up to Torrin and I in distress and I followed her to where she was leading and she brought me to the docks. A soldier was there and all he had was your violin, and he said a keyblade wielder had taken you. I assume now it was someone working with the Light Chaser... since then all we've done is travel to another world and Aria was brought back to us by Torrin." Takehiko went quiet again before he stopped at turned to her, "I don't know how things got to that future, or even what events happen in that future, but right in this moment Torrin's been helpful, probably more than harmful. I can keep an eye on him with you through that perspective because I don't know him very well. But I won't let a future like that happen, not when I can help it." he tried smiling at her reassuringly, it wasn't exactly a big smile or anything, but it was certainly more of a smile than he usually gave. Tinarah might now know that though, what with only having known her for the equivalent of a day. But Take still felt wrong about it, and reached for his hand again to try and rub his wrist, but his cast wouldn't allow it. Take just stopped smiling after a bit before he continued leading her towards the kitchen.

Take picked up the dirty plate while Nini hopped up into Tinarah's arms expecting her to catch and carry them. He tilted his direction in the door for her follow before he headed on towards the door, to have her follow him. Before he left he simply nodded at Chrono, almost a bit apologetically for basically at this rate 'kidnapping' his sister.

As they walked down the hall with the plate, Take looked towards her over his shoulder asking,
"So um... if you don't mind me asking... what exactly happened? The last thing I knew about you, Aria said the Light Chaser sent you back to us which uh.. I know that didn't happen. But, I can't imagine whatever you went though was easy... what I'm trying to say is if you want to talk about any of it, we're here for you." he wasn't sure if that was reassuring but he was trying to be.

"I could bring it to the kitchen for you, if you'd like." Take shrugged, watching Nini attempt to climb herself down to come back over to Tinarah and rub up against her. "It's no problem to me at all." he also couldn't tell if Chrono wanted to talk to her alone or something, so if he scooted himself out of there it would be less awkward than being a third wheel on a potentially private conversation. He wasn't sure if she necessarily wanted that though, so he added, "Or I could show you where the kitchen is? 'Course if you'd rather actually take a bath then don't worry about me taking it." he kind of wanted to actually go outside for that fresh mountain air as well.

No offense, but I don't think it's "cool" to have kairi just accidentally touch the keyblade rather than have her get it from Riku in the way she did xD

Also they did have a strong rule in the first game. Only one person can wield the keyblade at a time, the one with the strongest heart. They dropped that fast. So at this point whatever rules they do have they add on for the sake of the plot. My problem is I think Kairi's addon was unnecessary. But whatevs

But it's the most contrived thing possible to have Kairi just accidentally touch Aqua's keyblade when she was a scared toddler and then be able to summon it. Again, imagine if baby Riku were afraid and hid behind Terra and touched his keyblade in the same manner. There we go, worthy kids accidentally touching keyblades gives us fun times.

What if Mickey got knocked away in Twilight Town and his keyblade went flying and somehow Hayner had the makings and briefly went to reach for the keyblade just to give it back to Mickey (you know, as a gesture) and he touches in briefly but Micky summons it back. But now Hayner can wield a keyblade?

How come Lea couldn't just walk up to Mickey and touch his keyblade and get the power. Sure, maybe he didn't know touching keyblades is all you need to do to get infected but it would have saved him the trouble of having to find Yen Sid to get one.

If they had made it so Aqua gave Kairi the ability to wield a keyblade in a similar way to Riku, I wouldn't even be complaining. But she just touched the keyblade when she was afraid. You'd think Aqua would be more concerned if that's all it took for someone to get the keyblade and she'd try to keep it on the far side away from children

You see, the reason for Jack Sparrow being added into this at all was to be a joke really. But overall, I still think the idea of Kairi being accidentally bequeathed is dumb. Because she never actually was able to summon the keyblade until Riku gave it to Kairi anyway (and at this point Riku was more at the 'level of master' if you're gonna get technical on me).

I still think the idea of the keyblade being thrown at someone and that being why they can use it is... a bad idea? Like even with all these 'special cases' around it's really odd to write this kind of a 'a person has to be bequeathed a keyblade' rule into everything.

I mean, you're not wrong with the staff stuff, sure. I'm not defending staff activity at all.

I still don't know why you're offended by someone using a figure of speech though. Like, enough to bring it up to staff in the first place.

I think the reason the indian comment isn't there priority though is because people were publicly called out in a thread and they're particularly defensive about it right now. So someone making a "chief and indian" comment was really not the worst thing in the thread though?

Aiight so lemme get this straight...

you're in a thread that's on a "controversial" topic that's more focused on well, calling staff members out. And you're sitting there, seeing Llave post like, his opinion on the subject and you become more focused on his offhand comment where he referred to someone as an indian?

I mean, I get your attempt at virtue here. You've got a group of people who were mislabeled for centuries because someone was bad at math. But is this really the time to police people on that particular thing.

I mean, if we wanna really get dirty here, putting all "native americans" as a collective is bad, as each tribe is really it's own nation. We really should be looking at it more along the lines of the way Europeans classify each and every part "italian" or "german" or "scottish" or "irish" or "polish" or "sheeping ****ing welshmen" but ya know.

Anywho. My subscribers have told me that we do this with Africans as well. Ya know, we aren't referring to people by each tribe. That's ridiculous, isn't it? I mean we're gonna be correctly labeling everyone because labels are super ****ing important. I wanna know what's up with that.

Anyway going back most people don't even refer to "native americans" as "indians" anymore unless we're specifically talking about THE STEREOTYPE. Ya know, the thing people want to get out of people's minds cause of how culturally appropriating it is. It's more of the idea of the indian. The turns of phrase, of the indian. It's kind of like what people do with gypsies. Oh wait I'm sorry that's romani. But ya know khajiit are just stereotypical romani and we love those guys cause cats are awesome.

I've lost my train of thought. Uh. Right. Are we gonna call out every tom, dick, and harry who calls someone an indian? We've got a whole generation of people who still refer to asians as orientals for ****ssake.

I think we're going to be okay.

"You can't let him take your Light... it will kill you..."

If there were pictures next to each word in the dictionary, Take's face would be right next to the word "confused". He had readjusted to holding the plate, and certainly wasn't expecting to witness the scene he ended up walking into. She seemed fine a few minutes ago, a little nervous and out of it, but not to the point of this apparent psychotic breakdown. He walked a little closer to place the plate down on a table before holding his hands up and saying, "I just came back here to bring you breakfast. But I think you might need to breathe. No one's here to hurt you, we all just want to help." he looked over at Qamar with absolutely no recognition over who she was. He had a feeling he might have met her when he was sleeped up on the tea. He thought about whether or not this girl was here to hurt Tinarah but he refused to think it out loud, worried he might panic the poor girl.

Take thought for a moment and suggested,
"Maybe fresh air before the shower? The landscape of this place is pretty cool, and cold mountain air is always good for the mind. Or even the food first. Either way, I think we might need a different approach to.. whatever is going on here."

Take raised an eyebrow at Chrono's question and said, "I mean, there are a lot of uses to needles. Stitching up clothes, if you need to open something and you need something small. Holding stuff together if you run out of pins. If desperate, stitching up your wounds." Take held out the needle for Chrono to use, "It's not like my bag is empty with a needle in it, there's other supplies too, this was just the most relevant thing... though a tiny screwdriver for glasses might have been just as effective in this scenario.." Take looked away as if he was drifting into thought before he quickly snapped back to reality and looked at Chrono, "Not the point."

Take had arrived with the plate of breakfast just in time to hear Chrono yelling about something going on, and the noise of banging, like someone was trying to get out. Nini mewled curiously and the boy righted, walking past Choma and... whoever the other guy was... and he spoke up, "I literally just left for five minutes and we're already calling out for Tinarah's well being?" there wasn't much more he could contribute to the situation, looking around calmly before asking, "If the door's locked and someone's having trouble getting out, I imagine this calls for keyblades. Or a needle if it's one of those handles with the tiny holes." the boy held his arm out slightly to balance the plate on his elbow as he took his good hand and reached into his bag and rummaged around before pulling out a needle, "Fortunately for you, I have one. Well I mean, the keyblade too but ya know. Don't wanna panic her further by pulling out weapons or something."

Takehiko didn't even get a chance to respond to her before she was already gone. He looked down at Nini who was still munching on the ham happily. Well, he had permission to get food he supposed. He shifted around looking for food before he ended up somehow cooking himself and Tinarah waffles with a side of bacon. He didn't even know if Tinarah liked waffles, or bacon. The only reason he even cooked waffles was because he knew that was Chrono's favorite meal and he just kind of assumed they'd have the same favorite meal. He figured he should have gone with something safer like cereal. He at least knew not too cook too much for her though. Tinarah looked like she hadn't eaten much in weeks, and knew eating too much could just end up making her sick.

He finished up and instead of pouring syrup on her's he placed syrup in a little cup so she could pour it at her leisure. He ate his food whilst cooking hers, and when he was done he covered it up and fed some more food to Nini before heading on back up towards Tinarah's room.

It didn't exactly take a genius to figure out how out of it and just... thrown off Tinarah was. Probably more so than everyone else was over the fact that she came back five years older. He didn't really wanna push it. But he did want food. Nini wanted food. And he knew at the end of this, Tinarah was gonna want food too. Take looked at Choma and asked, "Do you think she's gonna be alright, or are we going to end up having to keep her here while we move-"

Takehiko immediately cut off his own words when he heard Atmos' voice and looked over towards her door, or at least seemingly her door with a concerned look on his face. He wanted to walk over to check up, but he heard another voice with her, so the boy backed up pretty quickly and he looked at Choma. Reaching up for Nini, he gave her a quick scritch behind the ears as he said,
"I'm just... going to get food. Figure out where the kitchen is and all that... fun stuff..." and he headed on away.

It wasn't too much exploring for Take to find the kitchen, but when he did, he ran into a woman with white hair (Well, not literally but at the very least encountered her) and he nodded to her saying,
"Hello... um... am I allowed to grab food? Seems rude to take without asking. I was gonna grab some and bring some to Tinarah."
Nini meowed when food was mentioned and jumped off his shoulder to try and get into the fridge, "Uh, Nini too."
