Desperate need of effects as the sig looks completly empty. Text size and placement needs great improvement. This also has no flow and the smuding to right has absolutly no place in this.
Render doesn't suit. The background seems a little gloomy for such a happy character. Doesn't have any flow, lightsource or depth.
Experiment with color blending and contrast. The results will be amazing. :'D
