Belongs in spam imo. "How was your day?" threads are abundant there so I figured I'd put this one there too.

First of all, I strongly disagree with the Envoys making for more "epic" duels. If anything they make a duel more one-sided than it's already been.
As for your "it belongs in certain characters' decks" arguments; I haven't seen anyone using a Yugi or Kaiba deck lately. Plus you could follow that rationale to unban any card: doesn't Makyura The Destructor belong in a Marik deck for example? And yet it is still banned.
I'm just saying you need to be a little...consistent in your logic.
Unbanned the Envoys? Then Makyura should be unbanned as well. It belongs in a character's deck, it adds a new layer of surprise to dueling, and it certainly isn't any more overpowered than the Envoys. That's my two cents on it.

I know, but I just copy/paste them from a MegaTen website (I do mention the artist though). I'm a sucker at Photoshop and all that. :p Might add them later though.
    Thanks for the help.

I started fooling around with customs today, using Shin Megami Tensei as a theme. Here are my first tries (yes, the types are mostly illegal but I follow the game's classification for now):

They're not meant to be powerful or something. I just made them for fun but I might start using them in one of my next duels.
What do you guys think of the effects? Too strong? Too weak? Un-Yu-Gi-Oh!-like? Or are they fine?

And I suppose you've been raped andf impregnated and thus speak from experience? Otherwise, how would you know how they feel? I can imagine a woman who has gone through 9 months of her life bearing a reminder of what was done to her to be a tad less welcoming of her future offspring. I advise you not to speak for someone else, especially since you really don't have the slightest idea what you're talking about here.
Not like you can force her to love it either. I say she is very entitled to decide what's to happen to it. She had no say in its creation, the least she can get is a say in its destruction.

    And while we're at it:
And yet you used all the cards in your hand without taking it into account.
It's got little to do with growing old. I think you were just too eager to get it over with. ;) You'll learn from your mistakes though, and like I said, no duelist has ever cornered me to the extent that you did...yet.

The Fountain of Youth adventure seems like a logical sequel, with Blackbeard as a logical nemesis. All in all it sounds good. Too bad Mackenzie Crook isn't gonna play Ragetti anymore...That'd be the one character that made me crack up, even more so than Jack Sparrow I think.

It was by far my hardest duel yet, and you were indeed close to victory.
That last move you pulled was rash though.
Like I said in a VM, there's another thing you overlooked.
The Philosopher's Stone multiplies a monster's ATK by the amount of monsters I control. However, Bubbleman was my only monster so as soon as it was defeated it would have multiplied your Wingman's ATK by 0. And anything multiplied by zero makes zero.
So your monster's attack wouldn't have damaged me at all. :p

Still, an epic duel I must say.

    Ah, I see. I didn't know that.

Wait a minute...You used Philosopher's Stone's effect thrice. That means that your life points have halved three times. Which means you have 1000 left.
Then I activate Volcanic Counter's effect when you attack Bubbleman with Elemental Hero Wildheart. I can do this since I have another FIRE monster in my Graveyard: Molten Zombie.
Wildheart has 2000 ATK, so I take 1200 points of Battle Damage from him. Volcanic Counter's effect makes me inflict them on you as well, which means your life points drop to zero before you can attack.

I guess removing your monster from play doesn't stop the drawing effect.
You're right. You have four cards now. Go ahead and win this one! ;)

Or does it? It does say then draw two cards... As if implying that you need to shuffle those monsters back first.
EDIT: Just a sec while I check the rulings just to make sure.

EDIT 2: You said it yourself:
Which would mean you can't draw if you can't send 5 heroes back to the deck. Besides, if it was so easy to draw 2 cards then Fifth Hope would have to be limited like Pot of Greed imo. ;)

EDIT 3: Pot of Avarice works similarly, and the rulings state that you cannot draw or even activate it if you have less than 5 monsters in your Graveyard.

Sorry but it would seem I was right after all.

Important EDIT 4 (lol they add up don't they): Don't forget that one of the cards you have left in your hand MUST be Imperial Order since I sent it back to your hand the previous turn!
