i think the reason ven looks so much like roxas is that he becomes the original true keyblade master and kinda like aang the avatar each new true keyblade weilder has part of the other in them and when sora became a heartless the part of him that was ven was cast out as a nobody

doubtful i think the keyblades terra aqua and ven use will be part of what makes them them like whats leon without his gunblade or cloud without the buster sword
