I highly displike it. The whole blurred background thing about it ruined it, really. The only good thing is the coke cans and text.

First of all because they have those light spots on their eyes, they look awkwards and as if they have two pupils. Drawing a pupil in would help. And normally in anime there is only one light spot unless there is two light sources.

The leg positions for both look unnatural and awkward even for a chibi. Give it more curve.
