Dude. Xemnas is awesome. Enough said. Xehanort's Heartless was ruined ever since KH2 came out. Plus Xehanort is very blunt when he wants what he wants. Xemnas is very quiet and lays low until the time is right. He goes more in line with what I call an antagonist.
Do you know what else I think needs to improve in Kingdom Hearts III? Graphics. Sure, I know KH2's graphics were really quite impressive, but the graphics should be more cinematic in KH3. They should also input more FMVs, and not just leave it at an intro and ending FMV. The graphics should resemble FFXIII's graphics.
That looks really impressive. I really do hope that Kingdom Hearts III is one of the darkest of the KH series, and please! Please put tougher enemies! Also, don't put Sephiroth as an optional boss. Of course it's Sephiroth but it can get somewhat cliche. I should also add that we'll have to wait until we get Kingdom Hearts III, because Nomura's planning on making a KH game (after finishing BBS) that's not exactly KH3, and kinda like a side-story, but more official. So we can expect big changes in the actual Kingdom Hearts III.

NPC is non-playable character. So both Mickey in the Altar of Naught and Jack are NPCs. Only difference is Jack could be playable through hacking. The Mickey in the altar is not playable at all.
