If the backround was originally there I don't really see much effort. :\ The brush over her face is rather invasive...I don't know, I suppose there just isn't much content. Some more lighting and some consistency to the whole thing would be a good improvement.

Well, actually Band-aid is just a brand of bandages. The correct term is bandage, but the brand is so popular that most people refer to them as band-aids.
