I've never messed with banner maker before, so I don't know =/ Photobucket is you're best choice for your problem though.
I would suggest making an account (if you haven't already) and uploading them to photobucket. Then just copy and paste the img tags in your sig space.
could you explain that a little better? Are you uploading from your computer or using IMG tags?

It's coming along nice, but the text needs fixing. Unless you wanted it to blend in that much you should change the color of it. The top left is looking empty as well.
