I would actually love that. Especially Memory's Skyscraper. It always disappointed me that the Organization and Namine were the only seen Humanoid Nobodies. I'd love to see more of them residing in the city.
Of course Aqua is alive. Spoiler She is in the Realm of Darkness, and actually met Ansem the Wise Terra's Armour is also still there in the Badlands, although it's unknown if it's canon about his "Spirit" still being in it. FM's aren't always canon.
