Nox had found a few books he thought might be useful. Most had to do with the castle landscape and arcatecture of the building. Nox knew these books could be useful to him if he needed an escape or simply needed to collapse a cliening.

It was covered in clear liquid that had an ash like smell. It squirmed around trying to throw off the man. Rick heard a rucuss coming from one of the nearby houses. He slowly walked tords the house gripping the tire iron tightly.
Nox left to the libary and began looking through books. He tossed several to the floor deming them useless.
Nox serched the lines for the other princess and found her many miles away. It was an impressive range for the spell or power they were using. Nox knew he had to tell a head guard about where Princess Yume was. But he also had to stop this one who was about to leave. Nox joged over to the girl, 'leaving to save your sister is a good way to be killed or kidnaped.'

Nox stoped and looked at his charms. One was glowing teal. Someone was using magic involving the mind. Nox asumed it was the girl. Nox taped a leyline and began to listion to what was going on.
Cancer turned to the wardrobe and limped over to it. The monster looked around the wardrobe. Or it might have asuming it had eyes.

Nox walked into the castle grounds the guards had reconized him. Nox had been polite he was going to work with these people soon he had to be. He saw a girl in the courtyard and desided to try his luck.
Nox left his room steping over the line of red dust. He held his list in his hand. And activated several of his charms even one for good luck. He felt he was going to need it.

One of the Cancers came into the room and looked around. It limped over to an old refegirator and attempted to open it with it's legs. The monster couldn't. The creature shot acid at the firge to melt the door. Slowly the door began to melt away.

Rick colected himself and walked back into the alley. He stared at the dead man and got closer he knelt down slowly and looked over him. Their was something in his coat pocket. Rick slowly reached in and grabed a set of keys from the pocket. Rick took them and ran off away from the body. Rick then studied the keys. Their were 5 only one was marked and it had the nembers 1-1-7.

Nox, content with his list, left his room and headed to where he would be working for the next month or so. He felt a little uneasy working with people who weren't afraid to kill in broad daylight. But he couldn't be picky he needed money and information.
