You can steal almost ANY monster with Super Polymerization. The only exceptions are Divine Monsters, cards that can't be used as Fusion Material, Spell Canceller, and cards that prevent Special Summons

Acutally, I checked the summary of the episode on the Yu-Gi-Oh Wikia, and Jaden would've won that duel because, if he used the cards in his hand...
To be honest, I'm not entirely sure.
This is probably how the duel in the anime would've gone down if Jaden wasn't all shaken up about how much he hurt people as the Supreme King....
