Poke was happy at hearing that there was more food in case if this wasn't enough for him. He started wondering how much money Aurora had, being able to afford this much food for a stranger. I wonder...they DO own a stall...Maybe they earn lots of money that way. Wonder how it's like, owning a stall and having other people do work for you instead of the other way around... Suddenly, memories started flowing in to his head. He started eating his food faster, trying to push back the terrible thoughts caged in the deep depths of his mind. Even as he were eating,, his hearing was as good as it ever was. "Not older? What does that mean?" All sorts of thoughts once more ran through his head, as he stopped eating. Maybe she means that, if I were older, I could be more smart and play sophisticated games...like checkers or something.
No, I think it's actually good for you to, well, get in to something more mature I guess. Not a lot of people do that because of their fun-loving nature, so there's definitely nothing wrong with doing that

He smiled, for he was right. "Yippee, dinner! Hopefully, my stomach won't growl after this." He focused his eyes on the food, marking each one. Wow, that's a lot compared to what I can loot. "Grape juice?" Poke was not a dweller of the modern foods, so he grabbed the cup and drank the juice. "Whoa, this tastes really awesome!" After emptying the glass, he noticed what Aurora did with the bread, cheese and meat. Mimicking her movements, he made his own, and took a bite. "Wow, this is better than anything I've ever ate! Except the juice." (Replies might get short, muse(inspiration) is running low for some reason)
Poke was stuck between falling asleep and being woken up. If he were to sleep, his growling stomach would wake him, but if he were to stay awake, his drowsiness would only increase. If only he ate some more back at the stalls... Luckily for him, he heard a knock on the door and then Aurora's voice. 'Hey Poke, it's Aurora. Are you done getting cleaned up? 'Cause I brought you a surprise.' He got up instantly. A surprise...? Poke hadn't had a surprise for a long time, except for finding out he had weird powers. So he called back, "Yeah, I'm finished! What's the surprise?" Thoughts ran through his head, mostly about food. If it were, Poke was going to owe Aurora so much after he finished eating.
