Nox listioned to the girls thoughts. She couldn't hear his but he could hear hers. So she's working with Seto. She must fancy the man trying to kill her father. Ironic actualy... no I take that back just a strange cercumstance.
Nox walked outside and leaned on the door of the bar only to fall back into the bar with a crash.
Nox noded and looked around the thrown room. As usaly it was the largest room in the castle.
"This Cornol Jon Casey squak in," something shouted. Nox jumped and slamed the breaks. The car wasn't moving fast so the three just learched forward.
"I've thought that before and have been proven wrong," Nox said. He lowered his arm after looking at his charm.
Nox looked at Yume. He pulled up his left arm to show her his charm brace. It was clamped to his lower arm; it had several wooden charms on it that did lots of diffrent things. 'I'm invocing a charm,' Nox touched one oh his charms and it glowed a very blue violet, 'it lets me know if I'm in danger.'
"I'm not having much luck today am I," Nox asked retoricaly. Nox brushed Yume when he walked into the room. He touched her with one of his charms this one in paticular would allow him to liston to the girls thoughts for a short period of time. Nox was sure she wouldn't notice as he snuck the charm back in his poket.
"After you," Nox said. He folowed her barely looking for Sid more observing the girl she was very odd and well he had very little to do.
Wait something is off why isn't daddy's girl rushing off to suport said daddy? Nox waited a bit outside her door for her. He'd make up some excuse to follow her.
The conversation had gotton to interesting now he wanted to keep it up. "I'm not talking about Seto's troops I'm talking about the people that matter the ones that lie outside your stone walls and iron gates. I'm talking about the civilians who are working right now. The ones who pay you taxes, the ones working for their childrens futures the ones who have done nothing wrong. No matter what civilans get hurt in wars they can't defend themselves and the goverment they realiy on can't save everyone," Nox said pushing his point, "Seto is putting them in danger. Even if he's honorable most of his men are not and will loot, pillage and murder innocents to get their own selfish wants."
'I get my information from a variety of sources. But if Seto is willing to risk innocent lives for his own gains,' Nox paused, 'he's no better than the man he tried to kill.'
"I don't like the inoncent loss of life. Thats the main reason I only work in defence," Nox said with all seriousness, "based off what I hear Seto started this war with no real good reason. No unjustice has happend to the general populas, just to him. And because of it he rounded up a band of raiders and is set on starting a blood bath. The fool needs to let it go and back down before innocent people are hurt. But on the other hand *******s like him are the reason I have job. Still part of me wishes I only did this for people who want to be a little extra carefull."
Nox folowed her. Is she up to something. Talking with her mind, keeping secrets... not exacly princess behavior. Whats going on around here.
Nox nodded. "yeah," he wispered so quietly it was hard to hear him say it. The car slowly rolled forward the engin diserbing the silence.
"Lead the way then m'lady," Nox said with just enough respect.
Nox wondered why the girls were silent but he realized that the two must have been talking with their minds, 'excuse me but I know you want a pri ate conversation. But silently sgaring at each other and talking with your minds is rather strange to watch.'
OC: sorry..? he didn't say it Alphonce had dissapeired. No sign he had even been there except for the card but it even only had an adress. Nox got off the bar stool and began to walk tords the door.
"Will you two knock it off we can all see you," Alphonce stated ruining the happy moment. He took a card out of his poket and tossed it to them, "meet me here in an hour."
"Maybe it's nothing," Nox muttered to himself. He observed the streets. Nothing. He looked up the buildings. Nothing. He turned his head back to look behind them. Nothing.
Nox thought he saw something move in the distance. He turned the key. The engin roared to life. Nox wish it had been quieter, he worried it would give their postion away.
