Danny and Sam reached Tucker's house in about a half an hour. Danny knocked on the front door. Knowing Tucker, he'd be in his room geeking it up with some new technology. ---------------- Daine's stride was slow as she walked down Main Street. Vlad's raised me. He's practically my father. He's never done anything that would make me unhappy. I shouldn't be doubting him. But what cause would Danny have to accuse Vlad of such cruel things...?

Her tone reflected worry, sympathy, and agreement. Remembering Advent could read people's thoughts, she hurried away.

I just liked the fireworks show that I saw in San Fran a couple years back. It was amazing - and put on by a local radio station called KFOG. ^^...

Sameire thought for a moment. She'd only been called by her first name by her family. It seemed a bit odd to let someone she barely knew address her so informally, but she nodded. "Yes, that's fine with me. I also think that we should get moving. I want to get to the next town before night falls if possible."
I'm not sure. I agree with Caitlin (Haruhi's voice actor, and the ADR director): I don't think Haruhi is really ready for a relationship with...
Aidou's lips curved up in amusement, his fangs glinting in the dimming light. He shook his head in a silent laugh, causing his golden locks to wave back and forth. He ran a slender hand through his hair. "You are a foolish human." He turned his gaze to Hester. "Offering youself up takes out most of the fun. But," He sighed, the amusement leaving his voice. "You are brave. I won't kill you then, as I'd planned." He looked down at Aduial. In a quieter tone, he continued, "She's already asked me not to harm anyone aboard this ship. In preparation for this journey, I had more than my fill before coming to Triwn. You've no cause for worry about your crew members. Or yourself - for a couple of days at least." He finished, looking back to Hester. He added in a chillingly bemused tone, "Or does that not suite you?"
