well, if the screen turns black, then the codes work, they just don't work for YOU however, there are 2 possible reasons (the most likely) a) you haven't unlocked the forms yet you need to have the forms unlocked first, because, if you haven't unlocked the form, then 1) there is no weapon in the form weapon slot, so the game doesn't know what to use (wisdom form should still work) 2) you have no abilities for that form, so the game freezes (I'm not actually sure about this part) b) your ARMAX is F'ed up (i doubt this is true) certainly Hold R2 while walking into a new map To Change Goofy Into...
