He nodded his head and got his smile back. "Ok, so does that make us friends?" he asked. He had been reading a book about friends the other day and was curious.
He smiled at this and then stopped. "What is the condition?" he wondered eyeing the portal.
"I-I don't have a heart? But I can feel...I feel lonely...." he said to the man. It was at that moment that Midnight appeared and crawled up his chest and hung off his back. "Can we come with you?"
OOC:Its Shane, his human name. I just ditched the S BIC: He stared at the man and the name Shane floating before him. "What am I?"
Nexah stopped and looked around as everything froze. He turned and looked at the man before him. "A purpose? I wont be alone anymore?" he asked the man. He had only himself lately with the exception of the girl and Midnight, his pet Shadow that he had. He wasn't sure what Midnight was or how he disappears but it protected him the first day and always came back every day.
When the man began to approach him he grew nervous and began to back up. Only the girl has ever talked to him and he was nervous around people despite his appearance.
Nexah walked around the town staring at everything. He was so confused and had no clue where he was. He read a sign that said Traverse Town and assumed that is where he was. This was his third day like this and was lucky enough that a woman took him in when he was found in an alley. He turned around and saw a man in a black coat looking at him and Nexah felt a sense of sameness when he looked at him.
