That is just wow :] Again, like everybody else said the hair connecting to the head is a bit off. I didn't notice it alot myself but the more you look at it the more you see it.

- Open the image in Paint first - Then rename the image and save as a PNG. - You should be able to open it in Photoshop now I suggest you google your problem and try few solutions to permanently get rid of this problem.

For the first one you don't need to throw a grenade. You just simply need to dolphin dive on top of the person on the floor in the corner. If you do it right you should both die (its fairly easy) I'm not sure about the second one, when you have a crawler it dies by itself after a certain amount of time, i think what happened was the crawler died and a new zombie respawned.
Well first of all you need the ISO from your copy of the original game. Alternatively you can download ISO's but I'm not allowed to tell you about that on this site. Once you have your ISO you then need to apply the patch to it. To apply the patch you simply put the ISO, the patcher and the patch file into a folder together. You then drag the patch file to the patcher and the ISO will begin to patch itself.
I'm pretty sure you have to apply the patch to a clean version of the game?
Spec-ops was alot of fun. Playing the stealth missions with a friend was great, especially when whe one of us would fail xD I still sometimes play Call of Duty 1 at school since the computers are too rubbish to run anything else!
