To link to the idea of it having Polynesian origins, I'd like to point out that it's not the only occurrence of something vaguely Pacific in the design of villains. Xemnas' final form's cloak has a design reminiscent of Maori Koru patterns. So it's possi8le that those cultures are used as inspir8ion for the design of costumes. Personally though, I'd rather go with DPwolf's explan8ion.

As important as reading the rules is, if I had to choose, I'd much rather you used common sense. For the most part, that'll stop you getting 8anned and the like. If, for some strange reason, you decide to read the rules, 8ear in mine that each section has its own rules/F.A.Q. in a sticky at the top of the forum. I know I always miss them. Feel free to drop me a PM or a VM (preferably VM) if you need anything.
Sounds as if they have yet another dose of not-KH3 planned for us. I really hope they were talking a8out 3D. My excitement for 3D lies in two places: firstly, I want some decent games for the 3DS, so I might have motiv8ion to 8uy one. Secondly, I want inform8ion on the NGP and Project Café. Consoles tend to 8e more interesting to me than the actual games, for the most part. (Although, as with the 3DS, games do play a part.) Naturally I also want Kingdom Hearts news. Prefera8ly something to do with KH3. 8ut as that's unlikely, instead I just want to get 3D out of the way. Really though, I suppose any news is good news for KHV and other fansites.
